郑开城际铁路运营管理模式研究

【摘要】:作为我国交通运输网络的重要组成部分,轨道交通在促进国民经济发展的过程中扮演着十分重要的角色。近年来,伴随着我国经济的快速发展,城市规模的逐渐扩大,城市与城市之间客流量的逐渐增多,对于轨道交通的需求也出现了快速增长的态势。基于此,各地积极开展了城际铁路建设。但传统轨道交通运营管理模式有较大的缺陷,难以保障城际铁路的可持续发展。正是在这样的背景之下,本文以郑开城际铁路为研究对象,对其即将在运营管理过程中所面临的一系列问题展开相应的探讨,以为郑开城际铁路顺利运营提供策略参考。论文一共分为六部分,第一部分为导论,对本文的研究背景、研究意义、文献综述、研究方法、研究内容、技术路线六个方面的内容进行了相应的阐述。第二部分为基础理论部分,重点对与城际铁路运营管理相关的理论进行了分析,主要包括城际铁路的基本理论、城际铁路交通运输的相关理论、城际铁路运营管理的主要模式三个方面的内容。第三部分为实证分析部分,对郑开城际铁路的运营管理现状进行了分析,主要围绕郑开城际铁路概况、郑开城际铁路运营管理的影响因素、郑开城际铁路运营管理面临的问题三个方面展开了分析。第四部分从国内外典型的城际铁路运营管理经验出发,对国内外城际铁路的运营管理模式进行分析,国外方面主要分析了瑞典、美国、法国、日本的城际铁路运营管理模式,国内主要分析京津、朔黄、成灌城际铁路运营管理模式,在此基础上总结了国内外城际铁路运营管理模式的经验及启示。第五部分为对策部分,从五个方面提出了完善郑开城际铁路运营管理模式的对策与建议:一是郑开城际铁路运营管理模式选择的原则;二是坚持一体化管理模式;三是经营开发模式;四是加强售票的营销策划,增加客流量;五是加强郑开城际铁路车站的规划和配套。第六部分为结论,对全文的研究进行了总结。本文最大的创新之处在于以具体城际铁路为例,对城际铁路的运营管理模式进行了系统的研究,提出适合当地具体情况的城际铁路运营管理模式,对河南铁路引入市场竞争、提高运营效率、实现河南铁路跨越式发展起着十分重要的作用,具有一定的实践价值。
[Abstract]:As an important part of China's transportation network, rail transit plays a very important role in the process of promoting the development of national economy. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy. With the expansion of urban scale and the increase of passenger flow between cities, the demand for rail transit is also increasing rapidly. The construction of inter-city railway has been carried out actively in various places. However, the traditional mode of operation and management of rail transit has great defects and it is difficult to guarantee the sustainable development of inter-city railway. It is precisely against this background. This paper takes Zheng Kai Intercity Railway as the research object and discusses a series of problems that will be faced in the course of operation management. The paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, the research background, research significance, literature review, research methods, research content. The second part is the basic theory part, focusing on the analysis of the theory related to the operation and management of inter-city railway, mainly including the basic theory of inter-city railway. Intercity railway transportation related theory, the main mode of inter-city railway operation and management of three aspects. The third part is the empirical analysis of the Zhengkai Intercity Railway operation and management status. It mainly focuses on the general situation of Zhengkai Intercity Railway and the factors affecting the operation and management of Zhengkai Intercity Railway. Based on the typical experience of operation and management of Intercity Railway at home and abroad, the operation and management mode of Intercity Railway at home and abroad is analyzed in 4th part. Abroad mainly analyzes the operation and management mode of inter-city railway in Sweden, the United States, France and Japan, and mainly analyzes the operation and management mode of Beijing-Tianjin, Shuohuang and Chengguan-intercity railway in China. On this basis, it summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the inter-city railway operation and management mode at home and abroad. Part 5th is the countermeasure part. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the operation and management mode of Zhengkai Intercity Railway from five aspects: first, the principle of selecting the operation and management mode of Zhengkai Intercity Railway; Second, adhere to the integrated management model; Third, the mode of management and development; Fourth, strengthen the marketing planning of ticket sales, increase the passenger flow; Fifth is to strengthen the Zhengzhou Intercity Railway Station planning and supporting. 6th as the conclusion of the study of the full text is summarized. The biggest innovation of this paper is to take the specific inter-city railway as an example. The operation and management mode of inter-city railway is studied systematically, and the inter-city railway operation management model suitable for local specific conditions is put forward. The market competition is introduced to Henan railway and the operation efficiency is improved. Realizing the development of Henan railway by leaps and bounds plays a very important role and has certain practical value.
