【摘要】:由于现行的政策规定证券公司客户的保证金要存放在商业银行中,但是闲置在账户上的这些巨额的客户保证金不仅没有得到有效的利用,而且客户也只能得到银行活期存款利息的收入,不能很好的满足客户的投资需求。随着证监会正式启动了券商开展现金管理产品试点以后,很多券商开始加入开展现金管理产品的行列来吸引优质客户前来开户,以便迅速扩大证券公司的托管市值规模。本文从相关投资组合理论和流动性风险理论为切入点,立足于实践,以Y证券公司的实际情况为基础,从丰富资产管理产品线、加快资金周转、缓解“存款搬家”、增强证券公司综合金融服务能力四个角度,阐述了Y证券公司开展现金管理产品的必要性。同时通过对券商现金管理产品的市场基础、政策基础以及Y证券公司的客户保证金账户现状和客户投资意向的研究和调查中得出了Y证券公司开展现金管理产品是可行的。在研究了Y证券公司开展现金管理产品的可行性和必要性的基础上,本文从产品设计的目标和原则、产品运行的后台支持、产品的费用与收益、技术实现与系统准备、风险防范以及产品的营销管理和产品实施安排等几个方面对产品的一般流程进行具体设计,保障Y证券公司现金管理产品的基本运行,同时还对Y证券公司现金管理产品投资管理进行了重点介绍。为了保障Y证券公司现金管理产品的有效实施,本文从组织架构、相关制度与流程,部门的合作性,多种渠道的代销功能,品牌形象、以及信息披露制度几个方面提出保障措施。
