【摘要】：本论文将战略管理理论和稀贵金属冶炼企业的实际相结合,以云南驰宏资源综合利用开发有限公司的发展定位为指导,深入调研、收集并整理了大量的数据和文字材料。同时,与公司的管理人员、高端技术人员和营销人员进行了多次沟通和交流。在这些工作的基础上,运用理论结合实践的分析方法,重点研究云南驰宏资源综合利用开发有限公司为适应环境变化所要采用的发展战略。在文中,首先介绍了选题的背景,概述了国内外发展战略研究的现状和企业竞争理论的研究过程,通过理论知识的回顾,指导研究的进行。其次,综合运用"PEST"分析公司面临的外部环境,并指出公司存在的问题。再次,结合云南驰宏资源综合利用开发有限公司的发展战略定位,通过运用"SWOT"分析方法,在这个基础上提出了云南驰宏资源综合利用开发有限公司的发展战略。最后,从发展战略的实施与保障入手,分析实施发展战略公司的具体工作以及为保障发展战略的执行所采取的保障措施。本论文通过研究发现,云南驰宏资源综合利用开发有限公司面对外部环境的变化应采取人力资源战略、低成本营销战略以及延伸产业链提高产品附加值的差异化战略作为公司的发展战略,通过提高对高端科技人才的培养和引进力度、降低储备资金、延伸产业链,提高产品附加值等措施将公司的发展战略具体化。同时,提出要保证企业发展战略的实施,云南驰宏资源综合利用开发有限公司必须采取相应的保障措施。最后,希望通过本文的研究为云南驰宏资源综合利用开发有限公司以及类似的冶炼企业的发展提供一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the strategic management theory and the actual rare precious metal smelting enterprises combined with the development orientation of limited company of development of comprehensive utilization of Yunnan Chihong resources for guidance, in-depth research, collect a lot of data and text materials. At the same time, with the company's high-end management personnel, technical personnel and marketing staff conducted a number of communication and exchange. On the basis of this work, the use of theory with practice, focus on the development strategy to be used in order to adapt to environmental changes development Co., comprehensive utilization of Yunnan Chihong resources. In this paper, firstly, introduces the background, research status of strategic research and development at home and abroad and the competitive theory the overview, by reviewing the theory of knowledge, to guide research. Secondly, facing the integrated use of "PEST" analysis of the external environment, and points out the existing problems of the company Again, with the strategic positioning of the development limited company of development of comprehensive utilization of Yunnan Chihong resources, through the use of "SWOT" analysis method, on this basis, the development strategy of limited company of development of comprehensive utilization of Yunnan Chihong resources. Finally, from the implementation of the development strategy and guarantee of the implementation of specific work, analysis of the company's development strategy and security measures for the protection of the development of the implementation of the strategy. The thesis discovers that the development company facing the changes of external environment should take the strategy of human resources comprehensive utilization of Yunnan Chihong resources, low cost and extend the industrial chain to improve marketing strategy differentiation strategy of value-added products as the company's development strategy, through improving the cultivation of high-end the technical personnel and the introduction of efforts to reduce reserve fund, extend the industrial chain, improve value-added products and other measures will be the development strategy of the company Body. At the same time, put forward to ensure the implementation of enterprise development strategy, must take corresponding measures to develop limited company comprehensive utilization of Yunnan Chihong resources. Finally, I hope to provide some reference value and significance of this research in Yunnan Chihong resources comprehensive utilization and Development Co. Ltd. and similar smelting enterprises.
