【摘要】：我国证券业发起了新一轮创新发展浪潮,证券监管机构提出了未来证券公司的发展去低端化、去单一化和去中介化的构想。随着证券公司创新推进放松监管、业务牌照放开,证券行业竞争格局将发生重大变化,在我国证券业中占据绝大多数的中小证券公司的生存环境必将更为复杂。目前中小证券公司仍依赖市场行情交易的传统业务,缺乏主动创新的动力,就目前中小证券公司的竞争策略来说,传统的仅通过规模扩张来实现区域规模效应的竞争策略,无法满足中小证券企业的长远可持续发展的需要。第一部分,为绪论,该部分非常重要,属于课题的来源部分,其重点分析了目前国内、国外证券营业部转型发展的现状,最后制定了本文研究内容。第二部分,为相关理论研究,该部分采用多学科综合的方式进行论述,其中包括经营模式理论、服务模式理论以及证券行业相关理论。第三部分,为证券营业部发展现状及问题分析,本章首先分析了证券营业部的发展理论,重点分析了2014年我国证券行业的情形,之后分析了我国国家政策对证券营业部的影响以及我国目前证券行业的诸多问题。第四部分,为新型营业部方案构建,本章首先论述了新型营业部的定义,然后从功能和模式两方面进行论述,之后重点论述了经纪业务模式,最后论述了券商营业部转型的相关策略。第五部分,为新型营业部对GJ证券营业部经营发展的影响,本章主要从实例分析的角度出发,验证研究的策略方式对证券营业部的发展的诸多影响。第六部分,主要是新型证券营业部转型策略部分,本章主要从新型营业部角度出发,如构建新型证券营业部组织架构、经营服务优化策略和营销创新策略。
[Abstract]:China's securities industry launched a new wave of innovation and development, securities regulators put forward the future development of the securities company to the end of the desingularity, and to devise the intermediary. With the securities company innovation to promote deregulation, business license release, the securities industry competition pattern changes in China's securities industry occupy the majority of small and medium-sized securities company's living environment will be more complicated. At present small and medium-sized securities companies still rely on the market trading of traditional business, lack of motivation of active innovation, the current competition strategy of small and medium-sized securities company, the traditional only through the expansion of the scale to achieve regional scale competition strategy, unable to meet the needs of small and medium the stock enterprise's long-term sustainable development. The first part is the introduction, and this part is very important, part of the source of the subject, focus on the analysis of the current domestic and foreign Present situation of the securities business department of restructuring and development, finally established the research content in this paper. The second part is theoretical research, this part uses the method of multidisciplinary are discussed, including the theory of business model, service model theory and related theory. The third part of the securities industry, securities business department for the analysis of current situation and problems of the development of this chapter. First analyzes the development theory of the securities business department, focus on the analysis of the securities industry in China in 2014, after analyzing the problems affecting China's national policy of the securities business department and the Chinese securities industry. In the fourth part, the construction for the new business plan, this chapter first discusses the definition of new business department then, from two aspects of function and mode, then focuses on the brokerage business model, and finally discusses the related strategies of brokerage business transformation. The fifth part is Effect of the new sales department of GJ securities business department of business development, this chapter mainly from the practical perspective, many influence on the development of the verification strategy of the securities business department. The sixth part is the main part of new securities business transformation strategy, this chapter mainly from the perspective of the new business department, such as the construction of new the securities business department of the organization structure, strategy and marketing innovation strategy to optimize the business services.
