银行客户信息数据管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着金融行业的快速发展,银行业已经进入到了全面市场化时期,商业银行、国有银行和外资银行面临着激烈的市场竞争。内蒙古农信社已经拥有上千万的客户资源,积累了海量的数据信息,传统的管理模式已经无法适应现代银行业务拓展和营销服务需求,为了能够提高银行服务水平和工作效率,需要针对客户资源管理设计与实现一个功能强大的客户信息数据管理系统,便于提升客户资源管理能力。本文首先详细地分析了内蒙古农信社客户信息数据管理系统研究背景,归纳了系统国内外研究现状,阐述了本文研究目的与意义,总结了本文的主要工作和创新点。其次,本文分析、比较了系统设计与实现采用的ASP.NET技术、ADO.NET技术、SQLServer2012数据库技术和Web服务技术等,为系统设计与实现打下基础。接着,本文从经济、技术、管理和社会可行性等方面验证了系统开发是可行的,采用UML用例图技术对银行工作人员、管理层进行调研和分析,导出了系统的逻辑业务功能,分别是系统用户管理、银行客户信息管理、客户发展策略、客户信息维护管理等四个关键功能,从系统安全性、数据完整性、系统可靠性等方面分析了性能需求。然后,本文设计了系统拓扑结构、功能体系架构、软硬件部署架构等,并且使用结构化流程图设计了系统算法流程,并且对使用E-R图和关系表设计了一个良好的系统数据库。然后,本文在VisualStudio2012集成编程环境下实现了一个功能完善的银行客户信息数据管理系统,测试结果显示该系统具有良好的易用性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the financial industry, banking industry has entered into a comprehensive market period, commercial banks, state-owned banks and foreign banks are facing fierce competition in the market. The rural credit cooperatives of Inner Mongolia already has tens of millions of customer resources, accumulated the massive data, the traditional management model has been unable to adapt to the modern development of banking business marketing and service requirements, in order to improve the level of financial services and work efficiency, to meet the needs of customers and realize the resource management and design a powerful customer information management system, to enhance customer resource management capacity. The paper gives a detailed analysis of Inner Mongolia rural credit cooperatives customer information data management system research background, research status of system is summarized. At home and abroad, expounds the purpose and significance of this study, summarizes the main work and innovation points of this paper. Secondly, this paper analysis and comparison The design and implementation of the system using ASP.NET technology, ADO.NET technology, SQLServer2012 database technology and Web service technology, and to lay the foundation for the achievement of the system design. Then, this article from the economic, technical, management and social feasibility verification of the system development is feasible, the bank staff using UML case diagram technology research analysis and management, derived the logic of the system business functions are user management system, customer information management, customer development strategy, customer information maintenance and management of the four key functions, from system security, data integrity, reliability analysis of performance requirement. Then, this paper designs the system topology the structure, function and architecture, hardware and software deployment architecture, and the use of structured flowchart design optimization of process system, and the use of E-R graph and table design a good relationship A good system database. Then, in the VisualStudio2012 integrated programming environment, a fully functional bank customer information data management system is implemented. The test results show that the system has good usability and reliability.
