福建农业合作社效率研究

【摘要】：发展现代农业,需培育新型农业经营主体,农业合作社作为重要的新型经营主体,其运行效率水平如何?又是什么因素影响了合作社运行效率?如何提高合作社效率水平?为回答这些问题,本文在回顾了效率相关理论及概述福建省合作社发展现状之后,选取合作社中的营销类型合作社实证分析：(1)搜集福建省合作社2012年的相关数据,选取指标,运用DEA模型测度分析了合作社的总体效率水平；(2)按相同产品类型的合作社测度合作社内部效率差距；(3)探讨合作社效率影响因素；(4)在此基础上提出合作社效率提高的有效途径。实证分析结果表明,(1)福建省合作社整体效率水平较低。纯技术效率低是技术效率低的原因(技术效率可进一步分解为纯技术效率和规模效率)。三类合作社效率水平相比而言,一般经济作物的技术效率最低；畜禽养殖类合作社的技术效率和纯技术效率最高；蔬菜水果类合作社的规模效率最高。(2)三类合作社各自内部效率差距而言,一般经济作物类规模效率差距最小；畜禽养殖类合作社内部的技术效率和纯技术效率差别最小；果蔬类合作社内部规模效率差距最大。在实证分析基础上探究得出,(3)合作社效率影响因素有：规模力量、人力资本、治理结构、产权安排等内外部因素。(4)为提高合作社效率,可从合理投资、完善产权安排、完善治理结构、善用行政力量等四个方面着手。
[Abstract]:To develop modern agriculture, it is necessary to cultivate a new type of agricultural management subject. As an important new type of management subject, what is the operational efficiency level of agricultural cooperative? What factors affect the efficiency of cooperative operation? How to improve the efficiency of cooperatives? In order to answer these questions, after reviewing the theory of efficiency and summarizing the present situation of cooperative development in Fujian Province, this paper selects the marketing type of cooperatives in Fujian Province. This paper analyzes the overall efficiency level of cooperatives by using DEA model) measures the internal efficiency gap of cooperatives according to the same product types and probes into the influencing factors of cooperative efficiency. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the improvement of cooperative efficiency. The results of empirical analysis show that the overall efficiency level of Fujian cooperatives is low. The low efficiency of pure technology is the reason of low technical efficiency (technical efficiency can be further decomposed into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency). Compared with the level of efficiency of cooperatives, General cash crops have the lowest technical efficiency; livestock and poultry farming cooperatives have the highest technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency; vegetable and fruit cooperatives have the highest scale efficiency. The difference of scale efficiency of general cash crops is the smallest, the difference of technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of livestock and poultry breeding cooperative is the smallest. The difference of scale efficiency in fruit and vegetable cooperatives is the biggest. On the basis of empirical analysis, it is concluded that the influencing factors of cooperative efficiency are: scale strength, human capital, governance structure, property right arrangement and other internal and external factors. Can from reasonable investment, perfect property right arrangement, perfect management structure, make good use of administrative power and so on four aspects.
