丹佛斯公司变频器产品顾客满意度研究

【摘要】:随着现代化和城镇化的快速建设,国家对基础设施投入的不断加大,作为工业自动化生产基础设备---变频器除了有卓越的调速性能之外,还有显著的节约电能和保护环境等重大作用,是企业技术改造和产品更新换代的理想调速装置,变频器的出现让工业领域的节能闪现了新的亮点。让有限的能源发挥最大作用,对我国工业发展有着举足轻重的意义,也是整个国家经济发展必须解决的战略课题。低压变频器行业目前面临个性化需求多样、产品竞争激烈等情况,和主要竞争对手---外资三大主流品牌和国内一流品牌之间的竞争将会更加激烈。哪一个供应商能够更好提高客户满意度,建立客户忠诚度,并采取针对性的营销策略才能够在竞争中处于优势,从而获得更多的市场份额。本选题根据丹佛斯公司主营产品---低压变频器的销售现状,针对不同顾客满意度进行调研,运用ACSI模型进行数理统计分析,通过问卷调查收集该不同客户满意度的反馈数据,然后利用PLS方法模型软件进行数理统计分析,找出不同类别客户对丹佛斯公司产品及相关的潜在真实需求及问题,最后为丹佛斯公司低压变频器部门销售及服务相关部门提出未来可行的营销对策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid construction of modernization and urbanization, the national investment in infrastructure is increasing. As the basic equipment of industrial automation production, the --frequency converter has excellent speed-regulating performance. It also plays a significant role in saving electricity and protecting the environment. It is an ideal speed regulating device for the technological transformation and product upgrading of enterprises. The emergence of the frequency converter has made the energy conservation in the industrial field flash new bright spots, and let limited energy sources play the greatest role. It is of great significance to the industrial development of our country, and it is also a strategic subject that must be solved in the economic development of the whole country. At present, the industry of low-voltage frequency converter is faced with various individualized demands and fierce product competition. The competition between the three major foreign brands and the top domestic brands will be more intense. Which supplier is better able to improve customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty, And take targeted marketing strategy in order to gain more market share in the competition. This topic is based on the sales situation of Danfoss company's main product--low-voltage frequency converter, according to different customer satisfaction, The ACSI model is used to analyze the mathematical statistics, the feedback data of different customer satisfaction are collected by questionnaire, and then the mathematical statistical analysis is carried out by using the PLS method model software. To find out different types of customers to Danfoss products and related potential real needs and problems, finally for Danfoss low-voltage inverter department sales and service related departments to put forward the future feasible marketing countermeasures.
