双电容LNG液位传感器的应用分析与市场发展战略

【摘要】:天然气是当前世界能源重要组成部分,与煤炭、石油并列世界能源三大支柱。近年来,液化天然气(L N G)在世界能源消费比例逐年快速增长,使L N G汽车增长也逐年攀升。我国目前车载L N G罐液位测量解决方案采用单电容L N G液位传感器,存在测量精度不高(线性误差大于7%~10%)的问题,可能造成驾驶员误判能耗和车辆途中抛锚。针对上述问题,本文以“双电容L N G液位传感器的应用分析与市场发展战略”为题,研究双电容液位传感器工作原理、双电容L N G液位传感器应用改进结构模式和双电容LNG液位传感器市场营销策略,对L N G罐液位高精度测量具有重要实际工程意义。论文分别分析、研究双电容液位传感器工作原理、双电容L N G液位传感器3种提高测量精度改进结构模式,并分析双电容L N G液位传感器市场营销策略,为市场推广提供有效方案,最后通过实验验证双电容L N G液位传感器3种改进结构模式可行性。主要突出工作包括:①以提高L N G液位传感器测量精度为目的,在分析单电容传感器传感机理基础上,研究具有自动补偿功能、生产现场免标定的双电容L N G液位传感器,并进行结构模式改进,对3种改进结构模式新能进行深入分析;②针对L N G液位传感器市场竞争,分析L N G液位传感器产品、市场特点和竞争对手营销策略,深入研究具竞争力的营销策略,提出双电容L N G液位传感器市场发展战略,对企业研发尽快产业化、企业形成新盈利增长点有着重要现实指导意义。③通过大量实验和测试数据验证双电容L N G液位传感器三种改进型结构模式可行性,测试结果表明,双电容L N G液位传感器产品运行正常,基准电容可有效对测量电容补偿,精度大大提高(优于3%),为车用L N G罐液位测量提供更具性价比、质价比优势的测量方案。
[Abstract]:Natural gas is an important part of energy in the world at present, and ranks with coal and oil as the three major pillars of world energy. In recent years, the proportion of liquefied natural gas (LNG) energy consumption in the world has increased rapidly year by year. The growth of LNG vehicle is also increasing year by year. At present, the single capacitor LNG liquid level sensor is used in the solution of liquid level measurement of vehicle LNG tank in our country, and the measurement accuracy is not high (the linear error is more than 710%). It may cause the driver to misjudge energy consumption and break down on the way of vehicle. In view of the above problems, this paper studies the working principle of double capacitance liquid level sensor under the title of "Application Analysis and Market Development Strategy of double Capacitance liquid level Sensor". The application of improved structure mode and marketing strategy of dual capacitance LNG liquid level sensor has important practical engineering significance for high precision measurement of LNG tank liquid level. This paper studies the working principle of double capacitance liquid level sensor, three kinds of double capacitance L N G liquid level sensor improve the measuring precision and improves the structure mode, and analyzes the marketing strategy of double capacitance L N G liquid level sensor, which provides an effective scheme for market promotion. Finally, the feasibility of three improved structure modes of double capacitive liquid level sensor is verified by experiments. The main work includes: 1. In order to improve the measuring accuracy of liquid level sensor, the single capacitance sensor is analyzed based on the principle of single capacitance sensor. In this paper, with the function of automatic compensation, the double capacitance liquid level sensor with no calibration is produced in the field, and the structure mode is improved. The market competition of the LNG liquid level sensor is analyzed in depth for the three kinds of improved structure mode. This paper analyzes the products, market characteristics and competitors' marketing strategies of LNG liquid level sensor, deeply studies the competitive marketing strategy, puts forward the market development strategy of double capacitance liquid level sensor, and industrializes the R & D of enterprises as soon as possible. It is very important for enterprises to form new profit growth points. 3. Through a lot of experiments and test data, the feasibility of three kinds of improved structure mode of double capacitance LNG liquid level sensor is verified. The test results show that, The double capacitance LNG liquid level sensor works normally, and the reference capacitance can compensate the measuring capacitance effectively, and the precision is greatly improved (better than 3%), which provides a more cost-effective and quality-price ratio measurement scheme for the liquid level measurement of the LNG tank for vehicle use.
