破坏性创新未必能让你的企业“下克上”——以五谷道场为例

【摘要】：本文基于克里斯滕森的破坏性创新理论的基本框架,从技术和市场两个维度,对曾经风靡一时的五谷道场进行案例分析,一方面论述五谷道场的"非油炸方便面"在市场上普遍性的油炸方便面中是一个典型的破坏性创新。另一方面论述五谷道场由于其后出现的市场定位失误和营销失误而导致产品大规模下架,以失败告终的事实。最后得出只依靠破坏性创新不一定能够让新兴企业成功,企业在技术上达成破坏性创新后还需结合适合的营销策略才能有机会成功的结论。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic framework of Christensen's destructive innovation theory, this paper makes a case study of the Wagu Road Center, which was once popular from the two dimensions of technology and market. On the one hand, it discusses that "non-fried instant noodles" of Wagu Road Center is a typical destructive innovation in the market of fried instant noodles. On the other hand, it discusses that Wugu Road Center is a typical destructive innovation because of the market positioning errors and marketing errors that followed. The failure led to the large-scale removal of the product, Finally, it comes to the conclusion that only relying on destructive innovation does not necessarily make the new enterprise succeed, and the enterprise must combine the appropriate marketing strategy to have the chance to succeed after the destructive innovation in technology.
