沈机齿轮公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着制造业转型升级的不断深入,国内齿轮制造企业面临着空前的市场压力,制定有效的发展战略对于一个齿轮企业来说至关重要。本文以沈机齿轮公司为研究对象,对公司的发展战略进行了研究,为沈机齿轮公司的未来发展提供了理论支撑。本文首先介绍了研究背景、目的和意义,并对研究所涉及的理论做了简要介绍;其次,运用战略研究理论对沈机齿轮公司的外部环境、内部环境进行了分析;机床行业的低迷,沈机齿轮公司的生存和发展问题变得非常严重,通过分析该公司的内部优势和劣势,面临外部市场的机会和威胁,在此基础上,提出了公司的战略方向;最后,根据沈机齿轮公司未来的战略方向,制定了具体的战略目标和方案,提出战略实施的保障措施,为未来发展提供参考依据。沈机齿轮公司是沈阳机床集团的下属公司,沈阳机床集团在国内机床行业中处于龙头地位,研究其下属公司的发展战略同样具有代表意义。文章根据企业所处宏观环境、行业环境和企业内部环境的综合分析,制定了企业发展战略。在企业未来的发展中,沈机齿轮公司应定位于综合性制造服务商,近期可采用相关多元化与并购战略以及中长期可采用品牌与国际化战略来确保战略目标的实现,还要调整组织架构、强化营销管理,重塑企业文化、改革薪酬制度等一系列措施来为战略实施提供有效保障。通过发展战略有效制定和实施,进而在激烈市场竞争中立于不败之地,实现沈机齿轮公司可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of manufacturing transformation and upgrading, domestic gear manufacturing enterprises are facing unprecedented market pressure. It is very important to establish effective development strategy for a gear enterprise. The development strategy of the company is studied, which provides theoretical support for the future development of Shenji Gear Company. Firstly, this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, and briefly introduces the theory involved in the research. Using the theory of strategic research, the paper analyzes the external environment and internal environment of Shenji Gear Company, the problems of survival and development of Shen Machine Gear Company become very serious due to the downturn of machine tool industry, and the internal advantages and disadvantages of the company are analyzed. In the face of opportunities and threats from the external market, this paper puts forward the strategic direction of the company. Finally, according to the future strategic direction of the Shenji Gear Company, it formulates specific strategic objectives and plans, and puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy. Shen Ji Gear Company is a subsidiary company of Shenyang Machine tool Group, which plays a leading role in the domestic machine tool industry. It is also significant to study the development strategy of its subordinate company. According to the comprehensive analysis of the macro environment, the industry environment and the internal environment of the enterprise, the paper formulates the enterprise development strategy. Shen Ji Gear Company should be positioned as a comprehensive manufacturing service provider. In the near future, it can adopt relevant diversification and merger strategy, brand and international strategy in the medium and long term to ensure the realization of strategic objectives, and also adjust the organizational structure and strengthen marketing management. A series of measures, such as reshaping enterprise culture and reforming salary system, can provide effective guarantee for the implementation of strategy. Through the effective formulation and implementation of development strategy, we can be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition and realize the sustainable development of Shenji Gear Company.
