农业排灌预付费售电管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:农业排灌预付费售电管理系统主站软件(简称系统)为适应河南农灌表安装地点分散、售电网点多、季节性及周期强等特点,采用三层B/S架构设计。系统按区域划分管理,同一区域内用户卡和电表可以刷卡用电,不同区域用户卡和电表互不通用,采用一表多卡和一卡多表的使用模式。从技术上解决了农业灌溉区域跨度大和售电网点多,系统安装、维护、升级困难的问题;从管理手段上解决了农村灌溉收费难和数据分散不容易管理的问题。系统可对我省各市/县农业排灌售电业务进行统一管理,在各营业网点进行售电业务处理,通过农灌表、售电设备、射频CPU卡等设备,实现农业灌溉的现代化管理。本系统实现农业排灌的售电管理、用电管理、数据采集功能;能和用电营销MIS、银电联网等系统进行数据交换;同一区域内电表和用户卡能刷卡用电,跨区域不能用电;利用售电信息和用电信息进行计算、统计、分析等功能。系统设计采用分层分布式体系结构,能实现跨平台部署和应用。本文在对农业排灌预付费售电管理系统进行总体介绍,着重论述了该排灌预付费售电管理系统的软件设计部分,介绍了B/S架构的应用,三层B/S体系结构或多层应用体系的主流,部署系统的业务逻辑的服务器以外,还用提供WEB服务器来响应浏览器客户端的请求,这样就形成了B/S多层应用体系结构。设计上采用了结构化、流程化系统分析的方法,完成了对整个系统的需求分析、研究、设计与实现。论文分为两部分:前一部分介绍系统的特点、目前的现状,并进行背景分析,简单介绍J2EE技术的特点和Oracle数据库的特点,并对系统进行可行性分析和需求分析;后一部分介绍系统的功能模块、数据库搭建及最终的系统实现,利用JAVA编程提供了友好的用户界面、清晰地菜单窗口和强大的管理功能。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the characteristics of the agricultural irrigation and irrigation pre-payment management system, the main station software (referred to as "the system") is designed by three-layer B / S structure to adapt to the characteristics of Henan agricultural irrigation meter, such as scattered installation location, many selling power network points, and strong seasonality and strong cycle, the system is divided into regions, and the system is managed according to the area. In the same area, users' cards and meters can be swiped to use electricity, and different areas of users' cards and meters are not common. The use pattern of one table, multiple cards and one card and multi-meter is adopted. The technology solves the problem of large span of agricultural irrigation area and more selling power network points. The system is difficult to install, maintain and upgrade, and the problems of rural irrigation charge and data dispersion are solved from the management means. The system can unify the management of agricultural drainage, irrigation and electricity sales business in every city or county of our province. The modern management of agricultural irrigation is realized by means of agricultural irrigation meter, power selling equipment, radio frequency CPU card and so on. This system realizes the management of electricity sale, electricity management and data collection of agricultural drainage and irrigation. Can exchange data with electricity marketing (MISS), silver and electricity networking systems; within the same region, meters and user cards can swipe electricity, but not across regions; use electricity information and electricity information for calculation and statistics, Analysis and other functions. The system design adopts a hierarchical distributed architecture, can achieve cross-platform deployment and application. This paper gives a general introduction to the agricultural drainage and irrigation prepaid electricity management system. This paper mainly discusses the software design of the system, introduces the application of the B / S architecture, the mainstream of the three-tier B / S architecture or the multi-tier application system, and deploys the server of the system's business logic. The WEB server is also used to respond to the request of the browser client, so that the multi-tier application architecture of B / S is formed. The method of structured and flow system analysis is adopted in the design, and the requirement analysis of the whole system is completed. Design and implementation. The thesis is divided into two parts: the first part introduces the characteristics of the system, the current situation, and carries on the background analysis, simply introduces the J2EE technology characteristic and the Oracle database characteristic, and carries on the feasibility analysis and the demand analysis to the system; The latter part introduces the function module of the system, the database construction and the final implementation of the system. It provides a friendly user interface with JAVA programming, a clear menu window and a powerful management function.
