W公司项目化管理研究

【摘要】:在国内经济转型调结构的过程中,市场竞争日趋激烈。W公司作为一家进入中国市场21年的德资销售企业,因为采用了直线职能制组织结构,且组织机构设置不完善,同时公司领导采取随机式管理方法,组织结构和管理模式没有随着时代的发展而革新,现在已经严重影响了公司内部员工工作积极性和跨部门活动的开展,出现了员工工作效率低、部门合作不顺畅、客户满意度下降的现象。如何才能提高员工工作积极性和企业运营效率,满足当前市场环境的要求?为了找到有效的解决办法,使W公司恢复活力。本文首先在搜集了大量的W公司信息和资料的基础上,从组织结构、管理模式和营销模式三方面对W公司管理现状进行了分析和研究。然后结合企业项目化管理方法的要求和特点,分析了在W公司内部实施项目化管理的必要性和可行性。并从管理思维、组织架构、管理方法、如何实施四方面入手,研究了在W公司内部实施项目化管理的具体方法。在构建起W公司项目化管理理论后,结合W公司现有客户A公司的具体情况,模拟了如何开展项目化营销工作。最后总结了实施项目化管理给企业带来的好处和新的挑战,以及在企业内实施项目化管理需要注意的关键问题,并且结合我国项目化管理现状和企业现状,给出了企业项目化管理适用范围的建议。
[Abstract]:In the process of domestic economic transformation and adjustment, the market competition is becoming more and more intense. W Company, as a German sales enterprise that has entered the Chinese market for 21 years, has adopted a straight-line functional organizational structure, and the organizational structure is not perfect. At the same time, the company leaders adopt random management methods, and the organizational structure and management model have not been innovated with the development of the times. Now, it has seriously affected the enthusiasm of employees and the development of cross-departmental activities within the company. There appears the phenomenon of low efficiency of staff, unsmooth cooperation in departments and decline in customer satisfaction. How can we improve the enthusiasm of employees and the efficiency of enterprise operation to meet the requirements of the current market environment? In order to find an effective solution to restore the vitality of W Company, this paper firstly collects a large amount of information and information of W Company from the organizational structure. This paper analyzes and studies the current management situation of W Company from three aspects of management mode and marketing mode, and then combines the requirements and characteristics of enterprise project management method. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing project management in W Company, and starts with four aspects: management thinking, organization structure, management method and how to implement it. This paper studies the concrete methods of implementing project management in W Company. After constructing the project management theory of W Company, combining with the specific situation of A Company, the existing customer of W Company, The paper simulates how to carry out the project marketing work. Finally, it summarizes the benefits and new challenges brought by the implementation of project management, as well as the key problems to be paid attention to in the implementation of project management in the enterprise. Combined with the current situation of project management and the present situation of enterprises in our country, the suggestions on the scope of application of enterprise project management are given.
