【摘要】:本文分析了亚光集团经营模式及其相关因素,并利用这些经营模式和相关因素来研究亚光集团经营模式的发展过程和决定应该采用何种经营模式,通常情况下,对外直接投资和出口,进出口贸易都是亚光集团常用的经营模式。为了使文章简洁明了,充分表达出作者的研究主旨和方法,让读者对文章有更加深刻的理解,我们以山东省比较有代表性的企业为研究对象来研究他的贴牌出口的经营模式的发展过程和他的战略思想。全文包括五个部分:第一部分是导论部分,主要讲述的是该论文的研究背景和研究思路及框架;第二部分为相关理论综述,来构建一些相关的理论基础;第三章是对亚光集团经营模式和出口进行研究,对亚光集团的现实情况进行分析;第四部分是亚光集团贴牌出口经营存在的问题,通过分析来自竞争对手的压力和自身存在的问题,通过对其经营模式方法的研究,找到支撑该论文的依据;第五部分是分析亚光集团的优势与劣势,最后提出亚光集团应该细分市场,生产各种层次的产品,进行主动性的生产和营销等相关的建议和决策。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the business model and its related factors of the Asian Guang Group, and makes use of these business models and relevant factors to study the development process of the business model of the Asian Gloss Group and to decide what kind of business model should be adopted. Foreign direct investment, export and import and export trade are the common business models used by the Asian Guang Group. In order to make the article clear and concise, to fully express the author's main purpose and methods, and to enable readers to have a deeper understanding of the article, We take the representative enterprises of Shandong Province as the research object to study the development process and strategic thought of his brand export business model. The full text includes five parts: the first part is the introduction. The research background, research ideas and framework of this paper are mainly described. The second part is a summary of relevant theories to construct some relevant theoretical basis. Chapter three is to study the business model and export of Asian Guang Group. The fourth part is about the problems existing in the export management of the Asian Guang Group, through the analysis of the pressure from its competitors and its own problems, and through the study of its business model and methods. The fifth part is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the group, and finally put forward that the group should subdivide the market, produce products of various levels, carry on the initiative production and marketing and other related suggestions and decisions.
