价值链理论在医院成本管理中的应用

【摘要】:随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,医疗市场的竞争日益加剧,医院的生存和发展面临着越来越大的挑战。医院面临着内外发展的双重压力,必须加强对医院运营管理的成本控制。医院的运营就是医院向患者提供服务的过程,也是价值形成的过程,同时也是成本形成的过程。医院需要从自身出发,不断更新服务理念,强化市场观念和营销意识,充分利用现有卫生资源,以患者为中心,以市场需求为导向,开发医疗服务产品,构建完善的价值链,用比较低廉的成本提供比较优质的医疗服务。医院要认真分析与优化医院价值链,实行精细化管理,从而提高医院的运营效率,增加医院的价值,使医院效益不断提高,增强医院的竞争力。本文的选题是价值链理论在医院成本管理中的应用,本文描述了医疗行业的现状,在综述国内外文献和相关研究成果的基础上,采用实地调研、定量分析与定性分析等方法,结合本人实际工作情况对PA医院的成本管理现状以及所存在的问题进行了认真的剖析,系统分析了PA医院的价值链,基于价值链视角的PA医院成本管理的现状及问题,最后对如何优化PA医院价值链提出了建议。从而让PA医院在价值链管理的模式中,最大限度的降低PA医院的运营成本,提高患者的满意度,提升PA医院的品牌形象,提高PA医院的社会公信度。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the medical system, the competition of the medical market is becoming more and more intense, and the survival and development of the hospital is facing more and more challenges. The hospital is facing the double pressure of internal and external development. It is necessary to strengthen the cost control of hospital operation and management. Hospital operation is the process of providing service to patients, value formation and cost formation. Constantly renew the service concept, strengthen the market concept and marketing consciousness, make full use of the existing health resources, take the patient as the center, take the market demand as the direction, develop the medical service product, construct the perfect value chain, The hospital should carefully analyze and optimize the hospital value chain, carry out fine management, so as to improve the efficiency of hospital operation, increase the value of hospital, and make the hospital benefit improve continuously. This paper is about the application of value chain theory in hospital cost management. This paper describes the current situation of the medical industry, based on the review of domestic and foreign literature and related research results, using field research. With the methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper analyzes the current situation of cost management and the existing problems of PA hospital, and systematically analyzes the value chain of PA hospital. The current situation and problems of PA hospital cost management based on value chain perspective are put forward. Finally, some suggestions on how to optimize PA hospital value chain are put forward, so that PA hospital can reduce the operating cost of PA hospital to the maximum extent in the mode of value chain management. Improve the satisfaction of patients, promote the brand image of PA hospital, improve the social credibility of PA hospital.
