新生代农民工职业培训消费意愿的实证研究——基于亚阶层、职业期待与消费认知的角度

【摘要】:基于新生代农民工自身内部因素的考量,本文从亚阶层、职业期待和消费认知三个角度研究其消费意愿。研究表明,优势阶层新生代农民工,包括自我认为具有一技之长者、实际年收入较高者、脑力劳动者的职业培训消费意愿更强;认为拥有提高收入机会者的培训消费意愿更强;时间成本是影响职业培训消费意愿的一个显著性因素。为此,公共部门需要培育新生代农民工职业培训的消费倾向;改进新生代农民工职业培训的"营销策略";细化职业培训政策工具的选择;利用互联网技术增加职业培训方式的多样性与灵活性。
[Abstract]:Based on the consideration of the internal factors of the new generation of migrant workers, this paper studies their consumption intention from three angles: substratum, career expectation and consumption cognition. Those with higher actual annual income have stronger willingness to spend in vocational training; those who have the opportunity to raise income are more willing to spend training; time cost is a significant factor affecting the willingness to spend in vocational training. The public sector needs to cultivate the consumption tendency of the new generation of migrant workers' vocational training, improve the "marketing strategy" of the new generation of migrant workers' vocational training, refine the choice of vocational training policy tools; Use Internet technology to increase the diversity and flexibility of vocational training methods.
