河北省高尔夫球俱乐部运营状况调查与分析研究

【摘要】:高尔夫球目前在我国发展速度较快,参加这项运动的人数也逐年增加,高尔夫球职业化程度也随之变得成熟,高尔夫球文化和高尔夫球产业发展也越来越趋于成熟和完善。近些年,作为经济并不发达的河北省也兴建了不少高尔夫球俱乐部,很多成功人士想借发展高尔夫球的契机进一步提升自己的经济实力,政府亦想借此带动河北经济的发展。本研究从俱乐部的运营出发,通过对河北省部分高尔夫球俱乐部经营现状的分析,了解高尔夫球俱乐部在河北省发展的规律、特点,进而摸清河北省高尔夫球市场环境、市场潜力,把握未来发展趋势,并据此提出相关对策。希望以此丰富高尔夫球俱乐部相关理论研究,并对现实具有一定的指导意义。本论文结合笔者工作经验和相关河北省高尔夫球场运营状况的研究,队河北省内23家俱乐部的运营状况进行调查研究,对各俱乐部的规模、运营模式、营销方式等内容进行具体分析。笔者利用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,同时通过笔者实际工作中与高尔夫球场的合作达到对各高尔夫球会运营现状的了解,在此基础上做出河北省高尔夫球俱乐部营销组合、河北省高尔夫俱乐部运营的市场调查以及河北省高尔夫球俱乐部运营的SWOT分析。通过本论文,得出了应充分利用“互联网+体育”的现代化营销理念,将经营高尔夫球俱乐部放在线上经营,建立多渠道的经营模式的合理化建议。同时提出建立高尔夫行业的法规、政策、条例等,严格高尔夫场地的审批制度,使其朝着良性层面发展。
[Abstract]:Golf is developing rapidly in our country at present. The number of people participating in this sport is increasing year by year, and the degree of golf professionalization has become mature. The golf culture and golf industry are also becoming more and more mature and consummated. In recent years, Hebei Province, as an underdeveloped province, has also built a lot of The Golf Club. Many successful people want to take advantage of the development of golf to further enhance their economic strength, and the government also wants to promote the economic development of Hebei. By analyzing the present management situation of some The Golf Club in Hebei Province, we can understand the rules and characteristics of The Golf Club's development in Hebei Province, and then find out the golf market environment, market potential, and grasp the future development trend of The Golf Club in Hebei Province. The author hopes to enrich the relevant theoretical research of The Golf Club and has certain guiding significance to the reality. This paper combines the author's working experience with the relevant research on the operation of golf course in Hebei Province. The operating condition of 23 clubs in Hebei Province is investigated and studied, and the contents of each club's scale, operation mode and marketing mode are analyzed concretely. The author makes use of the methods of literature, expert interview, field interview, etc. Questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method, at the same time through the author's actual work with the golf course to achieve the understanding of the current situation of the operation of golf clubs, on this basis to make the Hebei The Golf Club marketing mix, The market investigation of golf club operation in Hebei Province and the SWOT analysis of The Golf Club operation in Hebei Province. Through this paper, we draw the conclusion that the modern marketing idea of "Internet sports" should be fully utilized. To put The Golf Club on the line and establish a multi-channel business model. At the same time, it proposes to establish regulations, policies, regulations and so on for the golf industry, and to strictly enforce the examination and approval system for golf venues.
