【摘要】:在经历了2008、2012两次全球性金融危机的冲击之后,物流行业的发展前景持续低迷。在新一届领导集体不断强调“简政放权和对外开放”的背景下,2013年9月29日,中国上海自由贸易试验区在万众瞩目与期待中横空出世。在新的外部环境下,STE公司的发展战略亟需调整。本文运用了PEST分析法、波特五力模型分析法以及SWOT分析法等战略分析工具对STE公司的内外部环境进行了详细分析,总结出了STE公司在上海自贸区背景下内外部环境面临的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战。而后构建分析矩阵,通过不同内外部条件下的战略匹配确定了公司将选择SO(优势-机会)发展战略,在近期利用公司现有的优势资源巩固好核心业务项目,拓展客户群体,以进一步扩大市场份额,同时,推进信息化建设和业务创新能力建设;在中期,通过先进的信息系统和优秀的创新能力实现多元化发展,拓展新业务,开展增值服务,进一步增强企业核心竞争力;在长期与马士基、外代等行业佼佼者建立战略联盟,通过优势资源的互补和共享公司最终发展为综合物流行业唯一的领导者。本文还运用战略管理理论对公司的竞争战略进行了分析,得出应当采取总成本领先战略和海运电子订舱平台的集中化战略;在公司层和业务层战略确定之后,从市场营销、运营管理和人力资源三个方面构建了STE公司的职能层战略,最后介绍了公司发展战略的实施步骤及保障措施。本文的创新之处在于将传统的SWOT分析赋予数值并进行数据处理,并在STE公司发展战略研究上结合上海自由贸易试验区的成立这一因素,充分体现了“任何企业的发展都要紧贴时代背景”这一与时俱进的发展理念。
[Abstract]:After the impact of two global financial crises in 2008 and 2012, the development prospects of the logistics industry continued to be depressed. In the context of the new leadership's constant emphasis on "decentralization and opening to the outside world," on September 29, 2013, The free trade test area of Shanghai, China, was born with great attention and expectation. Under the new external environment, the development strategy of STE is in urgent need of adjustment. In this paper, the PEST analysis method is used. The paper analyzes the internal and external environment of STE Company in detail, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external environment faced by STE Company under the background of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. Then the analysis matrix is constructed, and through the strategic matching under different internal and external conditions, the company will choose the SO-opportunity development strategy. In the near future, the company will make use of the company's existing advantage resources to consolidate the core business projects. Expand the customer base to further expand market share, at the same time, promote information construction and business innovation capacity building; in the medium term, through advanced information systems and excellent innovation capabilities to achieve diversified development, expand new business, Develop value-added services to further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises; establish strategic alliances with Maersk, Outsourcing and other industry leaders in the long run, Through the complementary advantage of resources and the sharing of the company to develop into the only leader in the integrated logistics industry. This paper also uses the theory of strategic management to analyze the competitive strategy of the company. It is concluded that the overall cost leading strategy and the centralized strategy of marine electronic booking platform should be adopted. After the company and business level strategy is determined, the functional strategy of STE company is constructed from three aspects: marketing, operation management and human resources. Finally, the paper introduces the implementation steps and safeguard measures of the company's development strategy. The innovation of this paper is that the traditional SWOT analysis is assigned to the numerical value and the data processing is carried out. Combined with the establishment of Shanghai Free Trade Test Zone, the development strategy research of STE Company fully embodies the development concept of "any enterprise should keep up with the background of the times".
