【摘要】:企业的竞争,归根结底是人才的竞争。在市场经济全球化和知识经济逐渐深化的今天,人力资源管理在企业管理中显得尤为重要,而激励是企业人力资源管理的核心内容。设计出切合企业实际的激励机制,激发企业员工的主观能动性,吸引并留住企业发展所需的各类优秀人才,是企业人力资源战略管理及其重要的一环,也是实现企业长远发展的一项关键性工作。 本文以本人工作过的企业中兴通讯第三营销事业部长沙办事处为研究对象,在深入调查研究、充分掌握资料的基础上,结合本人的管理实践经验与认识,综合运用理论联系实践和问卷调查的方法,对该企业激励管理进行了系统、深入的研究。 本文分4个章节进行研究,从企业激励管理现状入手,分析和归纳了中兴通讯第三营销事业部长沙办事处激励管理存在的问题和现实需求,有针对性地建立该公司有效激励机制的基本模式,设计出适应中兴通讯第三营销事业部长沙办事处的薪酬管理、绩效管理、员工培训措施和约束机制,并提出相应的激励机制运行的保障措施。本方案的目标是为充分调动办事处员工爱岗敬业、奉献企业的精神和为组织贡献聪明才智的热情,以及顺利实现中兴通讯第三营销事业部长沙办事处长远的战略发展。论文所做的研究力求切合中兴通讯第三营销事业部长沙办事处实际,不仅是为长沙办事处建立一套科学合理的激励制度,而且对同类企业的员工激励机制优化设计具有借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:The competition of enterprise, in the final analysis, is the competition of talents.Nowadays, with the globalization of market economy and the deepening of knowledge economy, human resource management is particularly important in enterprise management, and motivation is the core content of enterprise human resource management.It is an important part of the strategic management of human resources to design an incentive mechanism to stimulate the subjective initiative of the employees and to attract and retain all kinds of outstanding talents needed for the development of the enterprise.It is also a key task to realize the long-term development of enterprises.This article takes Changsha office of the third marketing department of ZTE, which I have worked for, as the research object. On the basis of in-depth investigation and study, and on the basis of fully mastering the data, combined with my management practice experience and understanding,By combining theory with practice and questionnaire survey, this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the incentive management of this enterprise.This article is divided into four chapters to study, from the enterprise incentive management present situation, has analyzed and summarized the ZTE third marketing division Changsha office incentive management existence question and the realistic demand,The basic model of effective incentive mechanism is established, and the compensation management, performance management, employee training measures and restraint mechanism for Changsha office of ZTE's third marketing department are designed.And puts forward the corresponding incentive mechanism operation safeguard measure.The aim of this program is to bring into full play the love and dedication of the office staff, the dedication of the enterprise and the enthusiasm of contributing to the organization, as well as the smooth realization of the long-term strategic development of the Changsha office of ZTE's third marketing division.The research done in this paper is in line with the reality of Changsha Office of the third Marketing Division of ZTE, and is not only to establish a set of scientific and reasonable incentive system for Changsha Office.Moreover, it has reference value to the optimization design of employee incentive mechanism in similar enterprises.
