ENPC市场营销策略研究

【摘要】:市场营销策略是企业管理的重要组成部分,是企业经营和发展的宝贵资源。准确的市场营销策略能够推动企业提高营销效率,增强市场竞争能力,帮助企业实现快速和高效的发展。因此,企业研究市场环境和竞争态势,并制定适合自身特点的市场营销策略,是十分必要的。ENPC是机房基础设施的领导企业,其市场营销策略在工业产品领域有代表性。ENPC之所以能取得现在的市场地位,其有效的市场营销策略功不可没。但市场环境在近些年在不断改变,ENPC的市场营销策略表现出一些问题。本文通过对ENPC所处的市场环境分析,指出了艾默生的优势和劣势。同时也对艾默生的市场营销策略做了研究,指出了目前产品策略存在的问题。结合艾默生的自身特点和产品策略中的问题,本文尝试给出改进策略方案,并且给出了落实方案的具体实施据措施。
[Abstract]:Marketing strategy is an important part of enterprise management and a valuable resource for enterprise management and development.Accurate marketing strategy can promote enterprises to improve marketing efficiency, enhance market competitiveness, and help enterprises achieve rapid and efficient development.Therefore, it is very necessary for enterprises to study market environment and competitive situation, and to formulate marketing strategies suitable for their own characteristics. ENPC is the leading enterprise in computer room infrastructure.Its marketing strategy is representative in the field of industrial products.However, the market environment has been changing in recent years, ENPC's marketing strategy shows some problems.By analyzing the market environment of ENPC, this paper points out the advantages and disadvantages of Emerson.At the same time, Emerson's marketing strategy is studied, and the existing problems of product strategy are pointed out.Combined with Emerson's own characteristics and the problems in product strategy, this paper tries to give an improved strategy scheme, and gives the concrete implementation measures of the implementation scheme.
