互联网时代百货零售业战略转型与创新实践研究

【摘要】:近年来,百货行业发展环境发生了深刻变化,市场竞争日益激烈,战略转型与创新成为百货企业实现持续发展的必由之路。本文基于对王府井、天虹、银泰、百联等八家百货企业近年来的转型实践的调查研究,围绕经营模式创新、全渠道建设、多业态经营、体验营销等方面,对百货企业战略转型与创新发展的整体思路和具体措施进行了总结和分析,探讨了互联网背景下百货企业战略转型的困境并提出了一定的对策措施,希望对百货企业的转型与创新发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development environment of department store industry has undergone profound changes, the market competition is increasingly fierce, strategic transformation and innovation become the only way for department stores to achieve sustainable development.Based on the investigation and research on the transformation practice of Wangfujing, Tianhong, Yintai, Bailian and other eight department stores in recent years, this paper focuses on the innovation of business model, the construction of all channels, the operation of multi-business, the experience of marketing, and so on.This paper summarizes and analyzes the overall thinking and concrete measures of the strategic transformation and innovation development of department stores, probes into the predicament of the strategic transformation of department stores under the background of the Internet, and puts forward some countermeasures.We hope to provide reference for the transformation and innovation development of department store enterprises.
