基于用电信息采集的营销线损管理研究

【摘要】:一直以来线损统计繁琐、供售统计不同期、线损分析信息化手段不高、数据严重滞后、配电线路的环网供电等问题严重制约了营销线损工作的开展。本文从江西公司用电采集建设实际出发,围绕营销线损、用电采集、营配调贯通、抄核收等专业构建指标体系,完善基于用电信息采集的营销线损工作机制。梳理目前营销线损管理存在的主要问题,搭建基于SG186营销业务系统、用电信息采集系统、电网GIS等多个平台数据集成的营销台区(线路)线损管理系统。针对线损计算供、售电量统计不同期、线损数据滞后等问题,通过用电采集系统的集成接入实现同期抄录供售电量,缩短统计周期,准确、及时发布线损数据。针对10千伏公用线路环网运行下,供售电量无法分清以及用户新增、变更、分布式电源接入等问题,通过与SG186营销业务应用系统和电网GIS系统的集成,保证了线损计算模型的实时变更,有效解决了台区(线路)运行复杂多变的环境下,“站-线-变-箱-户”关系不对应导致线损无法计算的问题。最后,通过在吉安公司的试点应用,阐述了基于用电信息采集的营销线损管理在营销业务管控、基础数据治理、降损增效等方面的卓越成效,验证的本文的研究价值。
[Abstract]:All along, the statistics of line loss is tedious, the statistics of supply and sale is different, the information means of line loss analysis is not high, the data is lagged seriously, and the problems of distribution line ring network power supply seriously restrict the development of marketing line loss work. Based on the practical construction of power acquisition in Jiangxi Company, this paper constructs an index system around marketing line loss, power consumption acquisition, distribution regulation, reading and collecting, and consummates the working mechanism of marketing line loss based on the collection of electricity information. Combing the main problems existing in the current marketing line loss management, a line loss management system of marketing station (line) based on SG186 marketing business system, power consumption information collection system, power grid GIS and other platform data integration is built. In order to solve the problems of line loss calculation, electricity sales statistics, line loss data lag and so on, the data of line loss can be recorded and sold in the same period through the integrated access of electric power acquisition system, shorten the statistical period, accurately and timely issue line loss data. Under the operation of 10kV public line ring network, the power supply and sales can not be distinguished as well as the problems such as the addition, change of users, access to distributed power supply and so on. Through the integration with SG186 marketing business application system and grid GIS system, The real time change of line loss calculation model is ensured, and the problem that line loss can not be calculated due to "station line, line change-box-door" relationship is effectively solved in the complex and changeable environment of station area (line) operation. Finally, through the pilot application in Ji'an Company, this paper expounds the excellent results of marketing line loss management based on electricity information collection in marketing business management, basic data management, loss reduction and efficiency increase, and validates the research value of this paper.
