北京市服务性消费发展及服务零售创新研究

【摘要】:北京市服务性消费在拉动总消费增长、促进消费结构转型升级方面日益发挥重要作用。移动互联时代,连接消费者的方式成为服务零售商业模式创新的重要方面。本文以出行服务零售和餐饮服务零售为例,进行移动互联网时代的服务零售创新研究。以互联网技术和互联网思维来创新与消费者之间的连接方式,以营销理念指导服务性商品线下交付过程,实现线上线下融合发展是服务零售创新的方向。
[Abstract]:Beijing's service consumption plays an increasingly important role in stimulating the total consumption growth and promoting the transformation and upgrading of consumption structure. In the era of mobile interconnection, the way to connect consumers has become an important aspect of service retail business model innovation. Taking travel service retailing and catering service retailing as examples, this paper studies the innovation of service retailing in the era of mobile internet. It is the direction of service retail innovation to innovate the way of connection with consumers by Internet technology and Internet thinking, to guide the delivery process of service goods under line by marketing idea, and to realize the integration of online and offline development.
