潍坊市烟草公司卷烟营销管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:我国的烟草行业实行的是国家专卖专营制度,随着全球信息化的发展,我国的烟草行业也逐步步入信息化营销的行列。潍坊市烟草公司的各个部门间的协调性较低,使得卷烟营销的整体流程还存在漏洞。因此,为了能够改善潍坊市烟草行业当前的状况,需要开发一个潍坊市烟草公司卷烟营销管理系统,使潍坊市烟草公司步入信息化营销的进程,拓宽潍坊市烟草行业的发展道路,从而提高烟草行业的经济效益。系统的技术架构为B/S架构,可以增强系统的易用性和扩展性。系统采用J2EE架构,把系统进行分层,分层的设计使开发流程清晰明确,并给系统在将来的测试和维护中带来了方便。另外,系统采用Struts和Spring框架进行设计。在显示层使用jsp、html等语言进行编写,在业务控制层中使用Spring实现,用于对请求数据的处理;在数据访问层中用DAO接口实现,系统中的数据库使用SQL SERVER 2012。潍坊市烟草公司卷烟营销管理系统划分为客户管理、采购流程管理、货源供应管理、订单管理和呼叫中心管理五个主要功能。其中客户管理功能包括客户入网管理、客户基本信息管理和客户统计三个功能;采购流程管理分为业务库存管理、供应商管理和采购执行三个功能;货源供应管理包括投放策略管理、商品限量管理、供货协议管理、调整流程管理和超限量审批管理五个功能;订单管理业务分为订单采集、订单审核管理、结算管理、发票管理和销售退货单管理五个功能;呼叫中心业务具体包括客服客户管理、外拨管理和查询统计管理三个功能。与现代信息化结合的潍坊市烟草公司卷烟营销管理系统在投入使用后,能够改善陈旧的营销思想,使营销团队和谐统一的完成营销任务。在当前烟草行业竞争激烈的大格局下,能够平稳发展,提高潍坊市烟草行业的效益,并为将来企业的进一步发展奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:The tobacco industry in our country implements the national monopoly system. With the development of global information technology, the tobacco industry of our country has stepped into the ranks of information marketing step by step. The coordination among various departments of Weifang Tobacco Company is low, which makes the whole process of cigarette marketing still have loopholes. Therefore, in order to improve the current situation of the tobacco industry in Weifang, it is necessary to develop a cigarette marketing management system of Weifang tobacco company, so that Weifang tobacco company can step into the process of information marketing. To widen the development road of tobacco industry in Weifang, thus to improve the economic benefit of tobacco industry. The technical architecture of the system is B / S architecture, which can enhance the ease of use and expansibility of the system. The system adopts J2EE architecture, the system is layered, and the hierarchical design makes the development process clear and clear, and brings convenience to the system in the future test and maintenance. In addition, the system uses Struts and Spring framework to design. In the display layer, Spring is used to process the request data, the DAO interface is used in the data access layer, and the database in the system is implemented with SQL SERVER 2012. The cigarette marketing management system of Weifang tobacco company is divided into five main functions: customer management, purchasing process management, supply management, order management and call center management. The functions of customer management include customer access management, customer basic information management and customer statistics, and procurement process management is divided into three functions: business inventory management, supplier management and procurement execution. Supply management includes five functions: delivery strategy management, commodity limitation management, supply agreement management, adjustment process management and super limit approval management, order management business is divided into order collection, order audit management, settlement management, The five functions of invoice management and sales return order management are as follows: call center business includes customer service management, external allocation management and query statistics management. The tobacco marketing management system of Weifang tobacco company combined with modern information technology can improve the old marketing idea and make the marketing team finish the marketing task harmoniously after it is put into use. Under the current situation of fierce competition in tobacco industry, it can develop smoothly, improve the benefit of tobacco industry in Weifang, and lay a foundation for the further development of enterprises in the future.
