虚拟服装个性化动态展示

【摘要】:随着时代的发展,人们的生活方式以及思想观念相较以前发生了巨大的变化。现代人们越来越追求生活的品质,服装作为“衣穿住行”的重要组成部分,人们对它的要求也越来越高。人们已经不满足于直接到实体店挑选,这种简单的购买服装的方式。工业技术、互联网技术的快速发展,不仅促进了服装设计、加工、生产效率的提高,同时也对传统的销售模式造成巨大冲击,服装行业需要作出改变,整合优势资源与互联网平台相对接,以提供多元化营销体验,所以对实体服装数字化、拓展网络销售方式是服装企业发展的必然趋势。计算机软硬件水平不断发展为虚拟服装动态展示带来新的生机和机遇,特别是在服装电子商务领域,虚拟试衣及服装动态虚拟展示等技术渐将成为新的营销辅助手段,但其中很多关键技术研究还有待解决和完善。本文主要目的就是研究与虚拟服装个性化动态展示相关的一些关键技术问题,力求在现有硬件平台条件下尽可能实现实时逼真的服装动态展示效果,为虚拟试衣及动态展示网络平台应用提供技术支撑。本文主要内容包括个性化人体建模、服装逆向工程、虚拟动态展示等,其相关工作包括如下:(1)考虑到三维服装动态展示需要个性化人体模型作为服装的载体,采用一种通过人体扫描点云数据进行人体建模的方法,通过三维人体扫描仪获取近似标准站姿全身人体点云数据,然后再经点云预处理如精简、去噪、破洞修复等步骤得到平滑网格,再对之进行自适应矢量骨骼建模,最后得到符合骨骼驱动皮肤形变要求的人体动态展示模型。(2)通过投影仪、摄像机和计算机等设备,采用格雷码编码结合结构光相移三维测量技术,对实体服装进行逆向工程,获得其数字化网格及纹理等数据信息。(3)采用骨骼驱动着装人体变形模型,构建动态虚拟展示系统。建立服装的物理模型、并构建人体的皮肤网格-骨骼的映射关系、处理服装网格与人体皮肤网格模型的碰撞检测与碰撞响应问题。经过实体测试表明,本文能够实现任意人体任意服装的动态虚拟着装展示,该技术为服装个人定制行业提供了预先展示着装效果的功能,这也是未来服装高级定制发展的一个主要方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, people's way of life and ideas have changed a lot. Modern people more and more pursue the quality of life, clothing as an important part of "clothing, housing", people are demanding it more and more. People are no longer content to go directly to physical stores, a simple way to buy clothes. The rapid development of industrial technology and Internet technology has not only promoted the improvement of clothing design, processing and production efficiency, but also caused a huge impact on the traditional sales mode, and the clothing industry needs to make changes. In order to provide diversified marketing experience, it is an inevitable trend for garment enterprises to digitize the physical clothing and expand the online sales mode. The development of computer software and hardware level has brought new vitality and opportunity to the dynamic display of virtual clothing, especially in the field of e-commerce, virtual fitting and dynamic virtual display of clothing will gradually become a new assistant means of marketing. However, many of the key technologies still need to be solved and improved. The main purpose of this paper is to study some key technical problems related to the dynamic display of virtual clothing personalization, in order to realize the real-time and realistic clothing dynamic display effect under the condition of the existing hardware platform as far as possible. It provides technical support for virtual fitting and dynamic display network platform application. The main contents of this paper include personalized human modeling, garment reverse engineering, virtual dynamic display and so on. In this paper, a method of modeling human body by scanning point cloud data of human body is adopted, and the body point cloud data of body in approximate standard standing posture are obtained by three-dimensional human body scanner, and then preprocessed by point cloud, such as simplification, denoising. A smooth mesh is obtained for repairing holes, and then adaptive vector bone modeling is carried out. Finally, a dynamic display model of the human body, which meets the requirements of skeletal driven skin deformation, is obtained by means of projectors, cameras, computers and other devices. A dynamic virtual display system was constructed by using gray code coding combined with structural light phase shift 3D measurement technology to reverse engineering the solid clothing. The digital mesh and texture data were obtained. The deformation model of the dressed human body was driven by the skeleton. The physical model of clothing is established and the mapping relationship between skin mesh and bone is constructed to deal with the collision detection and collision response between garment mesh and human skin mesh model. The entity test shows that this paper can realize the dynamic virtual clothing display of any human body, and this technology provides the function of pre-displaying the clothing effect for the clothing personal customization industry. This is also a major direction for the future development of couture.
