AD电梯公司商业模式研究

【摘要】:商业模式的研究越来越成为一个热点问题,国内外相关研究成果层出不穷,但由于学者看待问题的视角不同,因而目前对商业模式的基本定义、构成要素、体系类别、创新路径、理论范畴等还缺乏统一的认识,有关商业模式的研究整体上还处于探索性发展研究阶段。近几年国内电梯行业市场竞争愈加激烈,大企业兼并中小企业,中小企业步履维艰,建立不久的AD电梯公司如何在其中立足成为公司目前需要考虑的重要问题。尽管目前国家行业政策相对有利、行业发展情况还较为乐观、当地经济发展状况良好,但AD电梯公司仍不可避免地面临产能过剩、设备闲置、人才短缺、低利润等问题,其自身亦存在制度不完善、营销能力欠缺、企业文化未建立等劣势。如果一个企业想在竞争激烈的市场经济中保持不败的地位,成为一个具有持久竞争力的企业,就需要认识商业模式,了解企业自身的商业模式,根据周围环境和趋势的变化不断调整、改进现有商业模式。因此,对AD电梯公司商业模式的研究可以帮助企业探索新的企业经营和发展方式,获取并保持竞争优势,有助于公司尽快调整商业模式,推动战略转型,从而把握电梯市场新机遇、增强竞争力,以更好地应对市场环境变化的挑战。鉴于商业模式理论分析的框架尚未构建起来,本文将采用简洁明了的商业模式画布,从客户细分、价值主张、渠道通路、客户关系、收入来源、核心资源、关键业务、重要伙伴、成本结构等9个方面对AD电梯公司的商业模式进行了解读,并提出可执行的改进与提升的建议。首先,本文从研究背景、研究意义入手,梳理了近年来有关商业模式的国内外文献,阐述了论文选题的依据、合理性和必要性;之后介绍本文研究的商业模式相关概念,以及商业模式画布的9个板块;然后对AD电梯公司的经营概况、行业环境、竞争环境进行分析。经过研究分析发现,尽管市场竞争激烈,AD电梯公司仍具有相当优势,当然也面临很多企业都会遇到的问题和困难。应用商业模式画布对AD电梯公司现有商业模式进行深入分析,对其问题进行营销诊断,最后从思想观念转变、关键业务整合、组织结构重建、管理制度创新、制造服务转型等方面提出改进策略。
[Abstract]:The research of business model has become a hot issue, and related research results at home and abroad are emerging in endlessly. However, due to the different perspectives of scholars on the problem, the basic definition, elements and system categories of business model are now being defined. The innovation path, the theory category and so on still lack the unified understanding, the research about the business model is still in the exploratory development research stage as a whole. In recent years, the market competition of domestic elevator industry is becoming more and more fierce, large enterprises merge small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises are struggling, how to establish a new AD elevator company in which it has become an important issue to be considered at present. Although the current national industry policy is relatively favorable, the industry development situation is still relatively optimistic, and the local economy is developing well, AD Elevator Company still inevitably faces problems such as overcapacity, idle equipment, shortage of talent, low profits, and so on. Its own system is not perfect, marketing ability is not enough, corporate culture has not been established and other disadvantages. If an enterprise wants to maintain an undefeated position in a competitive market economy and become a sustainable competitive enterprise, it needs to understand the business model and understand the business model of the enterprise itself. Adapt to the changing environment and trends to improve the existing business model. Therefore, the research on AD elevator company's business model can help the enterprise to explore the new enterprise management and development way, obtain and maintain the competitive advantage, help the company to adjust the business model as soon as possible, and promote the strategic transformation. In order to grasp the new opportunity of elevator market, enhance competitiveness, in order to better meet the challenge of changing market environment. Since the framework of business model theoretical analysis has not yet been constructed, this paper will use a concise business model canvas, from customer segmentation, value proposition, channel access, customer relations, revenue sources, core resources, key business, The business model of AD Elevator Company is interpreted from 9 aspects, such as important partner, cost structure, etc., and suggestions for improvement and promotion are put forward. First of all, this paper starts with the background and significance of the research, combs the domestic and foreign literature about business model in recent years, expounds the basis, rationality and necessity of selecting the topic of the thesis, and then introduces the related concepts of the business model studied in this paper. And the business model canvas of 9 blocks; then the AD elevator company's business overview, industry environment, competitive environment analysis. Through research and analysis, it is found that although the market competition is fierce AD elevator company still has a considerable advantage, of course, it also faces many problems and difficulties that many enterprises will encounter. The present business model of AD Elevator Company is deeply analyzed by using the canvas of business model, and the marketing diagnosis of its problems is carried out. Finally, from the change of ideology, the integration of key business, the reconstruction of organization structure, the innovation of management system, Improvement strategies are put forward in manufacturing service transformation.
