光模块追溯性防错系统研究与开发

【摘要】:当前互联网电子商务取代了传统营销模式,中国正处在大数据的繁荣时代;支撑大数据业务的光通讯行业亦得到蓬勃的发展,通讯行业核心部件光模块的制造发展也进入了前所未有的黄金时期。F公司无锡分公司正是典型的光通讯产品制造企业,其主要生产的核心产品为光收发模块(简称光模块)等高速率、多通道器件;因市场需求增长,制造规模扩张,制造业务正处于从上海转移到无锡的过程中。F公司新产品研发在行业内一直处于领先地位,研发成本的持续投入、先进技术推陈出新提升了企业形象和增加市场占有份额。但是当前企业面临严重追溯性问题,遭到后端客户不断抱怨。论文以F公司无锡分公司制造产品12CH(CH:Channel通道)光模块的追溯性的防错为研究对象,对现有状况进行分析,结合公司现状及存在的客户投诉、内部问题反馈,挖掘出追溯性问题屡次发生的深层原因。接下来以制造业务模式、工艺流程和生产线布局、新技术运用、MES系统功能开发和各系统整合几个方面进行深入分析,梳理细节为防错系统明确了方向,提出了改善方案。经过完善防错系统,F公司光模块的追溯性在三种典型问题方面实现了系统受控,为公司后续制造规模的扩大奠定了扎实的基础;通过业务模式改变、流程和布局优化、防错技术运用和MES开发及整合为未来新产品生产顺利提供了必要条件;从根本上解决了F公司光模块制造在追溯性方面的难题和苦恼。同时为其他产品制造提供了可借鉴的经验。通过实际状况的数据收集、分析,各种先进方法和理论的学习与比较,以及成熟管理经验借鉴,并结合发展搭建起综合防错系统对F公司光模块制造的追溯性问题有效管控。
[Abstract]:At present, Internet e-commerce has replaced the traditional marketing mode, and China is in the era of prosperity of big data, and the optical communication industry, which supports big data business, has also got a vigorous development. The manufacturing and development of optical modules, the core components of the communications industry, has also entered an unprecedented golden period. Wuxi Branch of .F Company is a typical optical communications products manufacturing enterprise. Its core products are high-speed, multi-channel devices, such as optical transceiver modules (referred to as optical modules). Manufacturing business is in the process of transferring from Shanghai to Wuxi. R & D of new products has always been in the leading position in the industry. The continuous investment of R & D cost, advanced technology to promote the image of enterprises and increase market share. But at present the enterprise faces the serious traceability problem, receives the back-end customer to complain unceasingly. This paper takes the traceability of the optical module of 12CH(CH:Channel channel in Wuxi Branch of F Company as the research object, analyzes the existing situation, combines the company's current situation and existing customer complaints, and feedback the internal problems. Dig out the deep causes of recurring retrospective problems. Then the manufacturing business model, process flow and production line layout, new technology application of mes system function development and integration of several aspects of in-depth analysis, combing the details for the error prevention system clear direction, put forward the improvement plan. After improving the traceability of the optical module in the error prevention system, the system is controlled in three typical problems, which lays a solid foundation for the expansion of the company's subsequent manufacturing scale; through the change of business model, the optimization of the process and layout, The application of error-proof technology and the development and integration of MES provide the necessary conditions for the smooth production of new products in the future, and fundamentally solve the problem and distress in the traceability of optical module manufacturing in F Company. At the same time for other products manufacturing can be used for reference experience. Through the data collection and analysis of the actual situation, the study and comparison of various advanced methods and theories, as well as the experience of mature management, and combined with the development of a comprehensive error prevention system to control the traceability of optical module manufacturing in F company effectively.
