建筑施工企业项目管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：现代施工企业从事专业的工程施工,对于专业的项目管理来说,其管理的工程项目往往规模巨大,工程周期非常长,投资量非常大,参与的施工企业、监理企业、供应商、甲方等,并且参与的人数非常众多,使得对项目工程管理的管理效率和准确性提出了非常高的要求;从而大量施工企业不得不采取现代化的管理思想来提高企业的管理手段和管理方法。在我国施工企业工程项目信息化的过程中,出现了很多问题,具体表现在投资巨大、效率得不到相应的提升、建设水平低下、不断返工的工程多等等很多问题;对于引进的一些国外的先进的产品,由于对中国国情不了解、国内市场环境的不熟悉等特点,如果不加修改地直接使用,往往会造成该类工程项目管理软件无法发挥应有的效果。这样不但浪费人力、物力、财力,而且在整个信息化过程中损失的是市场和竞争。本文针对以上存在的各种问题,从中国施工企业的实际需求出发,在参考国内外建筑工程项目管理文献的基础上,分析了中国国内建筑工程项目管理的特点和方式,阐述了工程项目管理系统从需求分析、设计、实现、测试到最终实施的完整解决方案。为了加快系统的开发进程,在系统架构设计阶段使用了快速原型法。通过比对目前的主流开发、架构设计框架,选择了合适的架构方式及实现框架,完成了建筑项目管理的流程管理;通过分析用户需求和建筑施工企业项目管理过程的特点的基础上,实现了建筑项目的招投标管理、营销管理、合约管理、收入管理、分包管理、物资管理等,并且过程中的审批流程,文档的流转控制,数据安全性方面的加密特殊处理,用户权限的控制等功能。为施工企业项目信息化的过程中提供强大的基础。本文提出的设计方案和具体实现达到了合同的具体细则。该系统已经在河南**工程建筑有限公司实际运行半年,根据用户的反馈信息表明系统是很成功的,解决了用户以往在项目管理中的主要难题,提高了项目的管理质量,提升了企业经济效益。

In order to accelerate the development process of the system, the rapid prototyping method is used in the design phase of the system architecture. By comparing the current mainstream development, the framework design framework, the selection of the appropriate framework and implementation framework, and the completion of the construction project management system.
