安徽省茶叶产业竞争力的评价与分析

【摘要】:安徽省是全国重要的产茶基地,其种植茶叶的历史由来已久,产出的茶叶也品质优异,全国十大名茶中的“黄山毛峰”、“六安瓜片”、“祁门红茶”均产自安徽省。但是,近些年来,安徽省茶业产业在发展过程中显得心有余而力不足,暴露出很多问题,比如茶叶产量低下,政策扶持力度不够,资金投入力度不足,经营主体素质偏低,营销渠道单一等。随着这些问题的不断发展累积,再加上二十一世纪以来福建、云南、浙江等省份茶叶产业的迅速崛起,使得安徽省产茶大省的地位岌岌可危。本文就是基于这一现实背景,通过数据的整合与分析,拟对安徽省茶叶产业的竞争力进行系统的评价。 本文共分八章,具体安排如下:第一章对本文的研究背景,研究目的、意义和方法进行了概括;第二、三章,通过对安徽省茶叶产业发展现状的总结概括,将其影响因素划分为三个层次,为评价体系的构建提供坚实的理论基础;第四章以层次分析法为根本方法,依据茶叶产业竞争力影响因素构建了一个符合安徽省茶叶产业发展特点的竞争力评价体系;第五章则以构建的评价体系为基础,通过代入数据,得出测算结果,并对各因素结果进行分析,得出结论;第六章以2013的实际数据为准基,在安徽省和福建省之间进行茶叶产业竞争力水平的比较分析;第七章从五、六两章的分析结果出发,提出了一些对策建议,希望能为安徽省茶叶产业竞争力的不断提升提供一些借鉴。第八章则为结论章节,旨在对全文进行概括的总结,并提出一些愿景。 其中,第四、五、六三章为本文的重点章节,第四章以层次分析法为根本,将安徽省茶叶产业竞争力的影响因素分为基本因素、关键因素和支持因素三大部分,建立了指标评价体系;第五、六两章通过代入皖闵两省的数据,得出以下研究结论:从纵向对比而言,2011年至2013年,安徽省茶叶产业竞争力水平整体呈小幅度上升趋势,其中基本因素和关键因素均成上升趋势,而支持因素呈下降趋势,这表明政府、市场在安徽省茶叶产业发展过程中的扶持力度还有待加强;从横向对比而言,2013年福建省茶叶产业竞争力水平明显优于安徽省,特别表现在基本因素和关键因素上,这表明,安徽省茶叶产业在强化基础设施建设、加大资金投入力度、孕育产业发展环境、创新茶叶金融服务体系、加强科技投入等方面仍有很大的提升空间。
[Abstract]:Anhui Province is an important tea production base in China. Its tea cultivation has a long history and the produced tea is of excellent quality. The "Huangshan Maofeng", "Liu'an melon slice" and "Keemun Black Tea" among the top ten famous tea in China are all produced in Anhui Province. However, in recent years, the tea industry in Anhui Province appears to have more than enough effort in the process of development, exposing a lot of problems, such as low tea production, insufficient policy support, insufficient investment in funds, low quality of the main body of management. Single marketing channel, etc. With the continuous development and accumulation of these problems, and the rapid rise of tea industry in Fujian, Yunnan, Zhejiang and other provinces since 21 century, the status of tea producing province in Anhui Province is at stake. This paper is based on this realistic background, through the integration and analysis of data, the paper intends to systematically evaluate the competitiveness of Anhui tea industry. This paper is divided into eight chapters, the specific arrangements are as follows: the first chapter summarizes the research background, purpose, significance and methods of this paper; the second, third chapter, through the summary of the current situation of tea industry in Anhui Province, The influencing factors are divided into three levels to provide a solid theoretical basis for the construction of the evaluation system. According to the influencing factors of tea industry competitiveness, this paper constructs a competitive evaluation system in accordance with the characteristics of tea industry development in Anhui Province. In chapter 6, based on the actual data of 2013, the comparative analysis of the competitive level of tea industry between Anhui Province and Fujian Province is carried out; the seventh chapter starts from the analysis results of chapters five and six. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to provide some references for the continuous improvement of the competitiveness of Anhui tea industry. The eighth chapter is the conclusion chapter, which aims to summarize the full text and put forward some visions. Among them, the fourth, fifth and sixth chapters are the key chapters of this paper. The fourth chapter is based on the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The influencing factors of Anhui tea industry competitiveness are divided into three parts: basic factors, key factors and supporting factors. The index evaluation system is established. The fifth and sixth chapters draw the following conclusions by replacing the data of Anhui and Min provinces: from 2011 to 2013, the overall competitive level of Anhui tea industry shows a small upward trend. Among them, the basic factors and the key factors are rising, while the supporting factors are decreasing, which indicates that the government, the market in Anhui Province tea industry in the development process of support still needs to be strengthened; In terms of horizontal comparison, the competition level of Fujian tea industry in 2013 is obviously superior to that of Anhui Province, especially in basic and key factors. This shows that Anhui's tea industry is strengthening infrastructure construction and increasing capital investment. There is still much room for improvement in the development environment of industry, the innovation of tea financial service system and the strengthening of scientific and technological input.
