基于大数据平台的电力营销分析决策系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:我国经济的飞速发展以及国家电力市场化改革的深入推进,使得我国电力行业迎来了新的历史任务和挑战。国家城市经济和建设的发展也带来了电力需求的增长和变化,作为转型改革后的以市场营销开拓和电力需求侧的管理服务为导向的国家电网公司,早在2006年便提出了全面实施“SG186工程”的计划,用于建设电网信息化,实现了电网企业从任务型向服务型的全面转型升级。作为市级供电企业的国网四川省电力公司资阳供电公司在伴随电网信息化建设的浪潮中,也完成了企业级信息集成系统的建设,有效的实现了各业务工作的信息化管理和各应用系统间的数据共享。而当电力信息化改革的不断深入,作为市级的供电企业,如何利用电网信息化中的大量数据,对电力市场、客户需求进行分析判断,从而得出有利于企业市场竞争力提升和供电服务能力的指导策略,为企业营销管理提供辅助决策成为了新的历史任务。本文在结合我国市级供电公司电力营销管理的现状,对电力大数据背景下的市级营销分析系统进行了详细的研究和设计,提出了新的思路和解决方案。构建了基于大数据的营销决策分析体系,结合市级供电公司在营销决策分析中的要求,完成了系统中电力营销数据分析、电力客户分析、电力市场分析、综合查询、统计报表等主要功能模块设计,并给出了系统的核心的基础业务流程图。最后,对系统的功能和性能进行了测试,其结果证明,系统的功能符合设计要求,能够满足用户功能需求。该系统采用B/S模式进行架构,使用Java为开发语言,开发平台采用MyEclipse + tomcat,数据库采用Oracle 10G。该系统在资阳供电公司的有效实施,提高了该供电公司营销业务数据的企业级分析能力和需求预测的准确性,对营销服务能力的提升有指导意义,使得资源供电公司的电力营销业务管理工作水平提上新台阶。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of the reform of national electric power market, the electric power industry of our country is facing new historical tasks and challenges. The development of national urban economy and construction has also brought about the growth and change of power demand. As early as 2006, the plan of "SG186 Project" was put forward, which was used to construct the information system of power grid, and realized the transformation and upgrade of power grid enterprise from mission type to service type. As a municipal power supply enterprise, Ziyang Power supply Company of Sichuan Electric Power Company, as a municipal power supply enterprise, has also completed the construction of enterprise level information integration system in the tide of information construction of power grid. Effectively realize the information management of each business work and the data sharing among the application systems. With the deepening of the reform of electric power informatization, as a municipal power supply enterprise, how to analyze and judge the power market and customer demand by using a large number of data in power network informatization, Therefore, it is a new historical task to obtain the guiding strategies that are conducive to the promotion of enterprise market competitiveness and the ability of power supply and service, and to provide assistant decision-making for enterprise marketing management. Combined with the current situation of power marketing management of municipal power supply companies in China, this paper makes a detailed study and design of the municipal marketing analysis system under the background of power big data, and puts forward new ideas and solutions. A marketing decision analysis system based on big data is constructed. According to the requirements of the municipal power supply company in the marketing decision analysis, the power marketing data analysis, electric power customer analysis, power market analysis, comprehensive inquiry are completed in the system. The main function modules such as statistical report are designed, and the core basic business flow chart of the system is given. Finally, the function and performance of the system are tested. The results show that the function of the system meets the design requirements and can meet the functional requirements of users. The system is based on B / S mode, Java is used as the development language, MyEclipse tomcatis is used as the development platform, and Oracle 10G is used in the database. The effective implementation of the system in Ziyang Power supply Company improves the enterprise level analysis ability of the marketing business data of the power supply company and the accuracy of demand prediction. It is of guiding significance to the promotion of marketing service ability. The management level of power marketing business of resource power supply company is raised to a new level.
