A银行Q分行基层员工职业生涯管理体系的设计

【摘要】:党的十八大以来,金融改革步伐明显加快,国家陆续出台了一系列市场化、国际化的金融改革政策。受市场需求、监管放宽、同业竞争加剧等因素影响,传统商业银行受到巨大冲击。人才历来被视为商业银行的“第一生产力”,是市场竞争的关键因素。员工职业生涯管理是人力资源管理的重要内容,近年来越来越受到企业的关注。商业银行的发展与员工管理以及员工的职业生涯发展是密切相关。支行和营业网点是商业银行营销和服务的桥头堡,直接代表着商业银行的形象和水平。A银行拥有我国覆盖面最广的商业银行网点网络体系,以建设零售业务大行强行为发展战略目标。发展零售业务的必要条件是有高素质的基层员工营销服务队伍,服务于基层员工的职业生涯管理是A银行必然的选择。本文以“A银行Q分行基层员工职业生涯管理体系的设计”为论题,采取各类调查研究的方法,查找A银行Q分行在人力资源管理和职业生涯管理中存在的不足,以国内外职业生涯管理理论和实践以及企业实际情况为基础,设计出基层员工的职业生涯管理体系方案。方案优化了基层员工的职业发展通道,设计了职业生涯管理电子信息系统和员工职业生涯规划流程,提出了职业生涯各个时期的管理重点和保障措施,构建了较为系统和完善的职业生涯管理体系,以期能够填补A银行Q分行在基层员工职业生涯管理方面的空白,为分行的长远发展提供人才保障,促进战略目标的实现。
