我校非医学类交叉学科专业学生对本专业的满意度及前景信心的调查分析

【摘要】：目的:促进医学院校提高综合办学水平,以利于为卫生事业发展输出更多高质量人才。方法:选择我校2011-2014级所有在校的药事管理学、药学(营销方向)等7个非医学类交叉学科专业学生为对象,就其对本专业的满意度及前景信心情况等进行问卷调查,并就调查数据进行统计和分析。结果:共发放问卷2 668份,回收有效问卷2 435份,有效回收率为91.27%。一半以上就读药事管理学和药学(营销方向)等专业的受访学生是从其他专业调剂而来;38.40%(935名)的受访学生有转专业的意愿,最想转的前3位专业是临床、护理、麻醉。分别仅有15.52%(378名)和26.32%(641名)的受访学生对于学校对本专业的重视程度表示满意和对本专业总体感到满意;药学(营销方向)、卫生事业管理专业受访学生对这两方面的满意度最低(均P0.001);随着年级的增长,受访学生对各方面的满意度均有所下降(均P0.001)。受访学生在学习热情方面认为自己积极的比例为44.72%(1 089名),而看好本专业发展前景的仅占34.25%(834名);卫生事业管理专业受访学生在这两方面持积极态度的比例均最低(均P0.001);大一受访学生在这两方面持积极态度的比例均最高(均P0.001)。另外,希望毕业后就工作的受访学生中对找工作没有信心的比例高达33.65%(491名)。结论:医学院校中非医学类交叉学科专业学生的满意度总体较低,前景信心不足,应引起办学机构的重视。
[Abstract]:Objective: to promote medical colleges and universities to improve the comprehensive level of running schools, in order to export more high quality talents for the development of health care. Methods: seven non-medical students, including pharmaceutical management, pharmacy (marketing direction) and so on, were selected from 2011 to 2014 to investigate their satisfaction with their major and their confidence in the future. And carries on the statistics and the analysis to the survey data. Results: a total of 2 668 questionnaires were sent out and 2 435 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 91.27%. More than half of the students who studied pharmacy management and pharmacy (marketing direction) were from other majors and 38.40% of them were willing to change their major. The top three majors were clinical, nursing and anesthetic. Only 15.52 (378) and 26.32 (641) students were satisfied with the degree of importance attached to the major and the overall satisfaction of the major. Pharmacy (marketing direction, health management) students' satisfaction with these two aspects was the lowest (P0.001), and with the increase of grade, the satisfaction of all the students was decreased (P0.001). The proportion of students surveyed who considered themselves positive in terms of their enthusiasm for learning was 44.722 / 1089, while only 34.2534 / 834 students were optimistic about the prospect of their major's development, while the students interviewed for health management had the lowest positive attitude in these two areas (P < 0.05). The positive attitude of freshmen in both areas was the highest (both P 0.001). In addition, the proportion of students who wanted to work after graduation had no confidence in finding a job, as high as 33.65 and 491. Conclusion: the satisfaction degree of non-medical interdisciplinary students in medical colleges is low, and the confidence in the future is not enough, which should be paid more attention to by the school-running institutions.
