阳光保险公司保险业务管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：阳光保险公司保险业务管理系统是为了解决保险业务而设计的,在需求分析阶段采用直接调研的方式对保险业务的需求进行了详细分析。系统合理规划,设计并实现了保险业务管理系统。本论文按照软件工程开发的实际流程,对系统功能模块进行详细设计并使用标准建模语言UML设计出系统用例,并根据设计方案给出了系统数据库的设计方案。本文重点研究了合约管理模块,客户管理模块,理赔管理模块和系统维护模块等几大模块。其中合约管理模块包括保单管理和数据管理；客户管理模块包括客户管理和营销管理；理赔管理模块包括报案管理、勘查管理、结算管理和结案管理；系统维护模块包括用户管理、参数管理和权限管理。系统设计过程详细描述了程序的主要特征,保险业务管理系统基于JAVA开发技术,使用J2EE技术框架,在程序的设计和开发过程中引入先进的MVC模式,以及综合应用JavaBean和servlet等技术。系统支持开放的接口,对信息进行有效的整合,便于系统用户之间传递信息。有助于平台的高内聚,低耦合的结构设计,在逻辑结构中分为表示层、业务层和逻辑层。保险业务管理系统采用甲骨文公司的Oralce数据库,该数据库系统具有数据导出和备份等相关功能。Oracle数据库在数据库管理系统领域一直处于领先地位,保证了系统数据的安全。目前阳光保险公司保险业务管理系统已经通过了系统测试,正在投入使用,系统降低了企业的管理成本,对客户的信息进行了有效处理。
[Abstract]:The insurance business management system of sunshine insurance company is designed to solve the insurance business. The demand of insurance business is analyzed in the way of direct investigation in the stage of demand analysis. The system is rationally planned, and the insurance business management system is designed and realized. This paper is based on the actual process of developing the software engineering, and the system work is done. The energy module is designed in detail and the system use case is designed using the standard modeling language UML, and the design scheme of the system database is given according to the design scheme. This paper focuses on several major modules, such as contract management module, customer management module, claim management module and system maintenance module. The contract management module includes policy management and management. The customer management module includes the customer management and the marketing management, the claim management module includes the case management, the exploration management, the settlement management and the case management. The system maintenance module includes the user management, the parameter management and the authority management. The system design process describes the main features of the program in detail, and the insurance business management system is based on the system design process. JAVA development technology, the use of J2EE technology framework, the introduction of advanced MVC mode in the process of design and development, and the integrated application of JavaBean and Servlet Technology. The system supports open interface, integrates information effectively and facilitates the transmission of information between the system users. It is helpful to the high cohesion and low coupling structure design of the platform. The logical structure is divided into the presentation layer, the business layer and the logic layer. The insurance business management system uses the Oralce database of the Oracle Corp. The database system has the related functions such as data export and backup. The.Oracle database has been in the leading position in the field of database management system, which ensures the security of the system data. The company's insurance business management system has passed the system test and is being put into use. The system reduces the management cost of the enterprise and effectively handles the information of the customer.
