N风力发电公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:在当今这样一个全球一体化的大背景下,国家之间的联系变得非常紧密,相互间赖以生存的环境变化牵动着地球每一个人的神经。随着全球乃至中国能源需求的不断增加,随着传统能源利用成本的不断提升和人类赖以生存的环境质量下降,全球各国尤其是欧美等发达国家率先在风能开发利用方面取得成功,中国、印度和巴西等国不断追赶世界风能开发利用的脚步。在德国、丹麦、英国、美国等风能开发利用强国的示范引领下,中国的风能运用在短短十多年的时间内,装机规模呈逐年上升趋势,目前中国的风力装机规模已经占到全球的31%,中国的风能开发利用,不仅节省了大量的传统能源,也大量减排了温室气体,树立了一个负责任大国的形象。云南省风能开发利用时间较晚,随着N公司在云南建设投运全省第一座风力发电场,从此拉开了云南风电发展的序幕。通过权威气象机构评估,云南储藏的风能资源丰富,探明的可开发资源达到3000多万千瓦。云南省的风能质量较高,已投产的装机容量超过300万千瓦,等效满负荷利用小时在全国领先。在云南从事风能开发的企业众多,竞争异常激烈,各企业已经将有限的资源瓜分殆尽。云南省根据自身特点和定位,制定了十二五和十三五风电发展规划,开发前景广阔。N公司是风能等可再生能源的专业开发商,从2007年开始在云南开发风电到现在,已经走过了8年历程,经历了从无到有、从小到大的发展过程,现在装机规模已经达到70多万千瓦,无论从发展规模还是发展质量均在同行业领先。本文以N风力发电有限公司为研究对象,运用企业战略研究理论以及PEST、SWOT等分析方法,对公司的内外部环境结合行业环境进行了详尽的战略分析,找出了公司存在的问题。通过对N公司的战略分析,从两个方面进行了战略定位,就是要成为云南地区同行业的领导者,成为规模和效益的排头兵。为此,作者给N公司制定了战略实施措施和实施策略,分别从公司发展规划、基建进度、生产营销、创新驱动、文化建设等方面做了阐述,并对企业将来发展提出合理化建议。全文作者采用企业战略研究方法,结合内外部环境和行业环境,对N公司进行了比较细致的分析研究,为其制定了战略目标和实施策略,得到了不少的收获,但是也有许多不足之处,还有提升的空间。
[Abstract]:Under such a background of global integration, the relationship between countries becomes very close, and the changes in the environment on which each other depends on each other affect the nerves of every human being on the earth. With the increasing energy demand in the world and even in China, with the increasing cost of traditional energy utilization and the decline of the environmental quality on which human beings depend, Countries around the world, especially developed countries such as Europe and the United States, have taken the lead in the development and utilization of wind energy, while China, India and Brazil are constantly catching up with the pace of wind energy development and utilization in the world. In Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, the United States and other wind energy development and utilization of the demonstration led by the use of wind energy in China in a short period of more than 10 years, the installed scale is increasing year by year. At present, the scale of wind turbine in China has accounted for 31% of the world. The development and utilization of wind energy in China has not only saved a lot of traditional energy, but also reduced greenhouse gas, and established the image of a responsible country. The development and utilization of wind energy in Yunnan Province is relatively late. With the construction and transportation of the first wind farm in Yunnan Province by N Company, the prelude to the development of wind power in Yunnan Province has been drawn. Through the assessment of authoritative meteorological organizations, Yunnan is rich in wind energy resources, and the proven exploitable resources amount to more than 30 million kilowatts. The wind energy in Yunnan Province is of high quality, with a installed capacity of more than 3 million kilowatts, leading the country in equivalent full capacity hours. There are many enterprises engaged in wind energy development in Yunnan, and the competition is very fierce. According to its own characteristics and positioning, Yunnan Province has formulated the 12th and 13th Five-Year plans for wind power development. The company has broad prospects for development. It is a professional developer of renewable energy such as wind energy. Since 2007, it has developed wind power in Yunnan to the present. It has gone through eight years, experienced the development process from scratch to existence, from small to large, now the installed scale has reached more than 700,000 kilowatts, both from the scale of development and development quality in the same industry leading. This paper takes N wind power generation co., Ltd as the research object, uses the enterprise strategy research theory and the analysis method such as PESTX SWOT, carries on the detailed strategic analysis to the company's internal and external environment combined with the industry environment, and finds out the existing problems of the company. Through the strategic analysis of N Company, this paper makes strategic positioning from two aspects, that is, to become the leader of the same industry in Yunnan, and to become the vanguard of scale and benefit. Therefore, the author formulates the strategic implementation measures and implementation strategies for N Company, respectively from the development planning, capital construction progress, production and marketing, innovation drive, cultural construction and other aspects, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the future development of the enterprise. In this paper, the author adopts the research method of enterprise strategy, combines the internal and external environment and the industry environment, carries on the comparatively detailed analysis and research to the N company, has formulated the strategic goal and the implementation strategy for it, has obtained many gains. But there are also many shortcomings, there is room for improvement.
