泰安市农业银行贵宾客户财富管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:当前中国的财富管理工作还刚刚起步,随着中国经济的发展,人们的钱袋子越来越鼓,对投资理财从而实现其保值增值的愿望日益迫切。这进一步推动了金融部门开辟各种财富管理业务的干劲和热情。其中,尤其对影响银行营销业绩的大客户特别是贵宾客户的投资理财和财务管理给予更多的关注。因此,如何把握由这类客户所引发的市场机遇,为银行培育新的利润增长点,是各家银行业务部门的领导们需要费思量的事。随着当前银行业竞争的加剧,各家银行都有利用当代信息技术最新发展成果来开发各种用途的信息管理系统的迫切需要,在此大背景下,泰安市农业银行决定结合本行所开展的贵宾客户财富管理的现状,决定开发一套贵宾客户财富管理系统,用于对本行高资产客户的财富实施信息化和网络化的先进管理。本文对泰安市农业银行贵宾客户财富管理系统的设计思想与实现结果进行了综合全面的阐述。首先对开发这一款泰安市农业银行贵宾客户财富管理系统的现实背景和带来的实用价值予以了介绍,对当前泰安市农业银行在贵宾客户财富管理工作过程中存在的不足以及由此而产生的对开发贵宾客户财富管理系统的迫切需求予以揭示,从而为系统开发的必要性找到了根源;其次,对泰安市农业银行贵宾客户财富管理工作需要以什么样的工作流程来进行而进行了界定,对其管理过程中数据类型以及数据形式的选定进行了规划,然后以所获取的需求为指导,对贵宾客户财富管理系统进行详细的各类架构分析,包括总体架构、逻辑架构和网络拓扑架构。并且借助统一建模语言所提供的各种建模工具对系统进行了静态建模和动态建模;在设计系统的整体架构设计方面,采用面向对象的技术设计出系统的整体框架;在对其功能进行详细设计时,根据类图和时序图未设计系统的动态结构;采用J2EE架构的MVC模式来设计完成系统的各种功能界面,为用户提供了界面友好、操作方面的功能操作模式。本系统由工作平台、我的客户、财富管理、营销支持、客户资源调配、产品库、知识库、资讯库和系统管理共9大功能子模块组成。作为零售业务综合营销平台,能满足低柜柜员、个人客户经理、个人理财顾问日常开展非现金业务办理、客户营销管理的需要,通过与PCRM、CIF等系统的联合应用,能为网点转型提供最直接的科技支撑。以一种全新的模式开启了贵宾服务的新模式。推动和促进了银行高端客户群的工作。
[Abstract]:At present, China's wealth management work is just beginning, with the development of Chinese economy, people's money bag is more and more bulky, and the desire of investment and financial management to realize its value keeping and increasing value is increasingly urgent. This further boosted the financial sector's drive and enthusiasm to open up a variety of wealth management businesses. Especially, it pays more attention to the investment management and financial management of the big clients, especially the VIP customers, who affect the bank's marketing performance. Therefore, how to seize the market opportunities caused by such customers and cultivate new profit growth points for banks is a matter for the leaders of banking business departments to think about. With the intensification of banking competition, banks have the urgent need to use the latest development of information technology to develop information management systems for various purposes. Taian Agricultural Bank has decided to develop a VIP customer wealth management system based on the current situation of VIP customer wealth management, which is used to carry out information and network advanced management of the wealth of our bank's high-asset customers. In this paper, the design ideas and implementation results of VIP customer wealth management system of Taian Agricultural Bank are comprehensively expounded. First of all, it introduces the realistic background and practical value of developing the VIP customer wealth management system of Taian Agricultural Bank. The deficiency of Taian Agricultural Bank in the process of VIP customer wealth management and the urgent need of developing VIP customer wealth management system are revealed, thus finding the root of the necessity of system development. Secondly, it defines what kind of work flow should be used to manage the wealth of VIP customers in Taian Agricultural Bank, and plans the data type and data form selection in the process of management. Then, based on the requirements obtained, the detailed analysis of various architectures of VIP customer wealth management system is carried out, including the overall architecture, logical architecture and network topology architecture. With the help of various modeling tools provided by the unified modeling language, the static modeling and dynamic modeling of the system are carried out, and the overall framework of the system is designed using object-oriented technology in the aspect of the overall architecture design of the design system. In the detailed design of its functions, the dynamic structure of the system is not designed according to the class diagram and timing diagram, and the MVC pattern of J2EE architecture is used to design and complete the various functional interfaces of the system, which provides a friendly interface for the users. Function mode of operation. This system consists of 9 functional submodules: working platform, my customer, wealth management, marketing support, customer resource allocation, product library, knowledge base, information base and system management. As a comprehensive marketing platform for retail business, it can meet the needs of non-cash business management, customer marketing management and other systems such as low counter, personal account manager, personal finance consultant, and so on, through the joint application with PCRMU CIF and so on. Can provide the most direct scientific and technological support for network transformation. A brand-new model has opened the new mode of VIP service. Promote and promote the work of the bank's high-end customer base.
