永安闽笋干产业发展研究

【摘要】：永安地处福建省中部偏西区域,系“中国笋竹之乡”、“中国竹子之乡”。长期以来,在永安市政府和地方群众的努力下,永安市围绕促进农林产业增收、壮大林业经济的竹产业发展思路,将竹产业列为促进农业增效、调整农业产业结构,农民增收的主导产业来抓,目前已经取得不错的发展势头,但是永安闽笋干作为竹产业的一个细分的链条产业,其发展还面临着一些诸如资源限制、科技投入不足,产品丰富程度不够等问题。因此,如何破解永安闽笋干产业发展的问题,全面提升产业发展成为各界关注的一个问题。本文以永安闽笋干产业的发展为研究对象,首先分析了永安闽笋干产业发展的自然条件、交通区位条件和经济社会基础,分析发现,永安具备发展闽笋干产业的良好基础。其次,文章通过各方资料和数据的收集整理归纳了永安闽笋干产业发展的现状,包括永安闽笋干的技术标准制定现状,永安闽笋干质量特色,永安闽笋干生产、销售状况及知名度等。第三,在分析现状的基础上,文章对闽笋干行业市场分析与开发策略进行探索,研究了当前竹笋的市场情况,对闽笋干的消费者和生产经销者进行,并针对这些调查提出永安闽笋干的营销策略和创新销售模式。第四,把相关文献和调查获取的数据进行总结归纳,找到永安闽笋干产业发展的存在问题,包括低产低效竹林比重大,竹笋加工机械化程度低；技术标准执行不到位,部分关键环节技术不过关；缺乏知名品牌,龙头企业偏少；市场认识不足,产业链条不成熟；投入不足,科技含量不高,服务体系不健全；竹林经营管理粗放、掠夺式采集盛行等。最后文章在总结全文所有研究的基础上提出促进永安闽笋干产业发展的建议。
[Abstract]:Yongan is located in the west-central region of Fujian Province, the hometown of bamboo shoots and bamboo shoots in China. For a long time, with the efforts of the Yongan Municipal Government and the local people, Yongan City has listed bamboo industry as promoting agricultural efficiency and adjusting agricultural industrial structure around the idea of promoting the increase of income in agriculture and forestry industry and the development of bamboo industry in forestry economy. The leading industry of increasing farmers' income has gained a good momentum of development at present. However, as a sub-chain industry of bamboo industry, Yongan Minjian shoot and dry shoot still faces some problems such as limited resources and insufficient investment in science and technology. Product abundance is not enough and so on. Therefore, how to solve the problem of Yongan bamboo shoot and Mingan industry development and promote the industry development has become a problem concerned by all walks of life. This paper takes the development of Yongan shoot and Mingan industry as the research object. Firstly, it analyzes the natural conditions, traffic location conditions and economic and social basis of the development of Yongan shoot industry, and finds that Yongan has a good foundation for the development of Fujian shoot dry industry. Secondly, the article summarizes the present situation of the development of Yongan bamboo shoot and Fujian dry industry through the collection of data and data, including the status quo of the technical standard formulation of Yongan bamboo shoot and Fujian dry shoot, the characteristics of Yongan bamboo shoot dry quality, and the Yongan bamboo shoot dry production. Sales status and popularity, etc. Third, on the basis of analyzing the present situation, the paper explores the market analysis and development strategy of Fujian shoot dry industry, studies the current market situation of bamboo shoots, and carries on the research on the consumers and producers of Fujian shoot dry industry. Aiming at these investigations, this paper puts forward the marketing strategy and innovative sales model of Yongan Mingan. Fourth, summarize and sum up the relevant documents and data obtained from the investigation, and find out the existing problems in the development of Yongan bamboo shoot dry industry, including the large proportion of low-yield and low-efficiency bamboo forests, the low degree of mechanization of bamboo shoot processing, and the lack of implementation of technical standards. Some key links are technical failure; lack of well-known brands, small number of leading enterprises; insufficient understanding of the market, immature industrial chain; inadequate investment, low scientific and technological content, imperfect service system; extensive management of bamboo forests, The prevalence of predatory collection, etc. Finally, on the basis of summarizing all the researches in this paper, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of shoot industry in Yongan.
