【摘要】：正从要素驱动、投资驱动向创新驱动的转变是目前中国经济新常态下的显著特点之一。创新,从广义层面来讲,主要涉及改进或创造新产品、新程序等,不仅包括技术层面的新产品和新程序,而且还包括物流、分配以及营销层面的改进。那么,如何加快这一转变的实现,并且使创新成为驱动经济发展的新引擎则成为问题的关键。笔者认为,除了企业自身特点(规模、所有权、公司治理)之外,市场制度效率的
[Abstract]:The transformation from factor-driven, investment-driven to innovation-driven is one of the notable features of the new normal state of Chinese economy. Innovation, in a broad sense, mainly involves the improvement or creation of new products, new procedures and so on, including not only new products and procedures at the technical level, but also improvements in logistics, distribution and marketing. So, how to accelerate the realization of this transformation and make innovation become the new engine of economic development becomes the key problem.
