XL化肥有限公司核心竞争力构建方法研究

【摘要】:本文以XL化肥公司为研究对象展开研究分析。公司面临原材料、能源及人工成本不断上升的趋势,且销售状况持续低迷的状态,加之公司研发创新能力不足,营销渠道不畅,忽视终端客户需求等严重问题。如此严峻的现实问题摆在面前,公司在这些诸多的挑战和困难中如何谋求生存、力求发展,才是本文研究重点即研究XL化肥公司企业核心竞争力构建的问题。 论文首先对企业核心竞争力理论的文献进行阐述,收集、汇总、总结诸多学者关于核心竞争力的不同观点和诠释。同时,介绍影响企业核心竞争力因素的理论,并指出对本文研究的意义。其次运用SWOT和五力模型分析企业内部环境和行业环境,分析出影响企业核心竞争力因素论断。影响XL化肥公司的核心竞争力因素分别为:资源获取能力、技术创新能力、管理能力和市场营销能力。最后通过对XL化肥公司核心竞争力影响因素的分析研究构建出具有针对性、客观性和科学性的对策和方案。 本文从战略范畴的核心竞争力理论研究该企业。首先对XL化肥公司的核心竞争力识别,其次对该企业核心竞争力构建设计过程,最后对该企业进行核心竞争力构建策略实施,根据这一思路展开企业的核心竞争力构建研究。本文的研究方法较为新颖。本文运用系统的理论研究方法进行系统的科学分析,使论文的分析结果具有完整性、逻辑性和参考价值。运用SWOT分析模型对该企业内部进行有效分析;运用五力模型对该行业进行分析;根据前两者的分析识别出核心竞争力影响因素为中心对该企业进行核心竞争力构建重点分析,做到全文论述有据合乎逻辑,与传统的经验识别与确认核心竞争力的方法不同。
[Abstract]:This paper takes XL Fertilizer Company as the research object. The company is faced with the rising trend of raw materials, energy and labor costs, and its sales situation is still low, coupled with the lack of R & D innovation, marketing channels, neglect of end-customer demand and other serious problems. In front of such a severe practical problem, how to survive and develop in these challenges and difficulties is the focus of this paper, that is, to study the construction of core competitiveness of XL Chemical Fertilizer Company. Firstly, the paper expatiates, collects, summarizes and summarizes many scholars' views and interpretations on core competence theory. At the same time, the paper introduces the theory of influencing the core competence of enterprises, and points out the significance of this study. Secondly, SWOT and five-force model are used to analyze the internal environment and industry environment, and the factors that affect the core competitiveness of enterprises are analyzed. The factors influencing XL chemical fertilizer company's core competitiveness are: resource acquisition ability, technology innovation ability, management ability and marketing ability. Finally, through the analysis and research on the influencing factors of the core competitiveness of XL Chemical Fertilizer Company, the countermeasures and schemes with pertinence, objectivity and science are constructed. This paper studies this enterprise from the core competence theory of strategic category. Firstly, the core competence of XL chemical fertilizer company is identified, secondly, the process of constructing the core competence of the enterprise is designed. Finally, the construction strategy of the core competence of the enterprise is put into practice, and the construction of the core competence of the enterprise is studied according to this train of thought. The research method in this paper is novel. In this paper, the systematic scientific analysis is carried out by the method of systematic theoretical research, which makes the analysis results of this paper complete, logical and reference value. Using SWOT analysis model to carry on the effective analysis to the enterprise interior; using the five forces model to analyze the industry; according to the first two analysis, identify the core competitiveness influence factor as the center to carry on the core competence construction analysis to the enterprise, The thesis is logical and different from the traditional methods of identifying and confirming the core competence.
