基于标签库系统的电力企业客户画像构建与信用评估及电费风险防控应用

【摘要】:随着电力体制改革的进行和售电侧的放开,基于对客户需求的深入掌握而制定精准营销策略和差异化服务,成为电力企业提升客户体验、拓展市场份额的关键,而客户画像是实现客户隐性特征显性化,辅助深入洞察客户需求的有效技术手段。借鉴金融、通信等领域客户画像技术应用实践,根据电力企业的行业特征和信息系统数据特点,研究并构建适用于电力行业的标签库系统,并基于业务数据开展模型训练,构建电力客户信用评价及电费风险防控应用主题标签,初步构建电力客户画像。研究表明,基于标签库的客户画像技术可运用于电力行业,电力客户信用评价及电费风险标签应用可更精准地指导回收电费工作的开展,并显著降低试点区域的欠费率,为提高效益提供了技术支撑。
[Abstract]:With the reform of the electric power system and the opening of the selling side, it is the key for the electric power enterprises to develop precise marketing strategies and differentiated services based on the in-depth mastery of customers'needs. The customer portrait is an effective technology to realize the dominance of customers' recessive characteristics and to assist in in-depth insight into customers'needs. Means. Referring to the application of customer portrait technology in finance, communication and other fields, according to the industry characteristics of electric power enterprises and the data characteristics of information system, this paper studies and constructs a tag library system suitable for electric power industry, carries out model training based on business data, and constructs a subject tag for electric power customer credit evaluation and risk prevention and control. The research shows that the technology of customer portrait based on tag library can be applied to the power industry, and the application of credit evaluation and risk tag can guide the work of reclaiming electricity charges more accurately, and reduce the rate of arrears in the pilot area significantly, which provides technical support for improving efficiency.
