德阳市XX医院发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的不断发展,国际化进程的迅速推进以及市场竞争的日益激烈,医药卫生体制改革也在不断深化,各医院为更好地满足广大人民群众对医疗服务的需求也进行了一些调整与改革。在这纷繁复杂的环境下,医院想要在竞争中立于不败之地,以求长期稳定发展是各个医院必须重视和研究的问题。德阳市XX医院(原XX医院)经过40多年的发展壮大,在医疗规模以及医疗水平上都有很大程度的提高,也取得了一定的社会效益和经济效益。但是,随着医疗市场竞争的不断增强以及2008年地震对原XX医院的破坏促使XX医院搬迁所面临的新的服务环境,使得德阳市XX医院的发展引起人们的关注,如何探寻德阳市XX医院的发展值得我们深思。本文通过对医院职工的访谈和问卷调查,在战略管理理论的指导下,运用PEST分析了医院的宏观环境,运用波特五力模型分析了医院的行业环境,从资源环境、人力资源、财务能力、管理能力、市场营销能力及核心竞争力分析了医院的内部环境,然后运用SWOT分析法,结合外部和内部环境的分析,找到了德阳市XX医院的优势与劣势及面临的机遇与挑战,通过分析制定出了S0、WO、ST等发展战略,然后运用I-E矩阵,最后选择了增长型发展战略,最后提出了具体战略实施策略。全文共分为六章,第一章提出了选题背景、意义及研究的方法与目的;第二章对战略管理理论进行了概述;第三章对德阳市XX医院的外部环境进行了分析;第四章对德阳市XX医院内部环境进行了分析;第五章通过SWOT分析法和I-E矩阵制定实施战略;第六章是实施战略的具体实施。本文通过对德阳市XX医院发展战略的研究,对医院经营管理有一定指导作用,同时希望该课题的研究对其他医院的经营管理有一定的帮助。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, the rapid progress of internationalization and the increasingly fierce competition in the market, the reform of the medical and health system is also deepening. Hospitals have also made some adjustments and reforms to better meet the needs of the general public for medical services. In this complicated environment, hospitals want to be in an invincible position in the competition, in order to achieve long-term stable development is the hospital must pay attention to and research issues. After more than 40 years of development and expansion, the XX Hospital of Deyang City (formerly XX Hospital) has greatly improved its medical scale and medical level, and has also achieved certain social and economic benefits. However, with the increasing competition in the medical market and the destruction of the original XX hospital caused by the earthquake in 2008, XX Hospital is facing a new service environment, which makes the development of XX Hospital in Deyang City attract people's attention. How to explore the development of XX hospital in Deyang city is worth our thinking. Under the guidance of the strategic management theory, this paper analyzes the macro environment of the hospital by means of PEST, and analyzes the industry environment of the hospital by using Porter's five-force model, from the perspective of resource environment and human resources. The financial ability, management ability, marketing ability and core competence of the hospital are analyzed, and then the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the external and internal environment. This paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of XX Hospital in Deyang City and the opportunities and challenges it faces. Through the analysis, it formulates the development strategy of S0OWOST, and then, by using I-E matrix, chooses the growth type development strategy, and finally puts forward the concrete strategy to implement the strategy. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter puts forward the background, significance and research methods and purposes; the second chapter summarizes the strategic management theory; the third chapter analyzes the external environment of XX hospital in Deyang city. The fourth chapter analyzes the internal environment of XX Hospital in Deyang City; the fifth chapter formulates the implementation strategy through SWOT analysis and I-E matrix; the sixth chapter is the implementation of the implementation strategy. Through the research on the development strategy of XX Hospital in Deyang City, this paper has a certain guiding effect on hospital management and management, and hopes that the research on this topic will be helpful to the management of other hospitals.
