电力大工业用户远程费控策略“开关”模型

【摘要】:基于智能电能表的营销远程费控应用系统可以实现对预付费客户的适时算费、远程费控和服务。其使用的费控策略,通过匹配用户的算费结果,可以实现对用电客户的提醒、催费、停电、复电等活动。文中主要针对电力大工业用户展开探讨,根据大工业用户生产期和非生产期用电量的巨大差异设计了"开关"模型,即用户变压器负载率高于30%时判定用户处于生产期,用户的预警提醒金额额度较高,反之较低。通过使用远程费控"开关"模型得到合理的手段和方法制定费控策略,有助于达到有效支撑远程费控业务的推广及合理化应用的目的。
[Abstract]:The marketing remote fee control application system based on intelligent watt-hour meter can realize the timely calculation, remote cost control and service to prepaid customers. By matching the cost calculation results of the users, the cost control strategy can realize the activities of reminding the customers, pushing the charges, outages the electricity, and recharging the electricity. This paper mainly discusses the large industrial users of electric power, and designs a "switch" model according to the huge difference between the power consumption of the large industrial users during the production period and the non-production period, that is, when the load ratio of the user transformer is higher than 30%, the user is judged to be in the production period. The amount of warning amount of users is high and vice versa. By using the remote cost control "switch" model to obtain reasonable means and methods to formulate the cost control strategy, it is helpful to effectively support the promotion and rational application of remote fee control services.
