JX公司转型升级时期的人才激励机制研究

【摘要】:JX公司是一家成立于1950年的国有专业外贸公司,近年来在复杂多变的国际经济环境和不断调整的国家相关经济政策的背景之下,公司在进出口贸易领域遇到了前所未有的困难和挑战,其经济发展模式受到严重挑战,面临着转型升级。在严峻的国内国际环境面前,JX公司意识到,只有通过优化资源配置,调整业务模式等相应的改革才能够使公司重新适应市场竞争。在进行系列改革的转型升级过程中,JX公司致力于延伸产业链、打造实业基地、构建资本运作平台、以方案营销模式的专业化经营、发展外贸综合服务等多元化的外贸商业模式,多元化的业务发展要求JX公司必须建立多元化的人才开发战略。但是,在推进战略转型过程中,JX公司的人才激励模式,显得能效不足,影响了企业转型发展的步伐。因此,如何有效地激励人才,激发他们的潜能,通过高效地工作为企业创造更多价值,保证企业整体绩效的提高,成为JX公司在人才队伍开发管理工作中一个急需解决的重要问题。本文以激励理论作为研究框架,并整合人力资源相关理论,通过对JX公司人才激励现状的研究分析,发现JX公司在人才激励与发展方面存在的问题和不足,并结合激励理论和相关的人力资源理论,探讨JX公司如何采取人才激励对策,培养适合转型升级需要的复合型人才。论文着力围绕帮助JX公司解决建立健全人才的培养、选拔、任用、激励和日常管理等环节中存在的问题,建立一个相对科学的人力资源管理体系。为JX公司打造核心竞争力,促进其在转型升级时期持续健康地发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:JX Corporation is a state-owned specialized foreign trade company founded in 1950. In recent years, under the background of complex and changeable international economic environment and constantly adjusting national economic policies, The company has encountered unprecedented difficulties and challenges in the field of import and export trade, its economic development model has been seriously challenged, and it is facing transformation and upgrading. In the face of severe domestic and international environment, JX Company realizes that only by optimizing resource allocation, adjusting business model and other corresponding reforms can the company re-adapt to market competition. In the process of transformation and upgrading of the series of reforms, JX Company is committed to extending the industrial chain, building industrial bases, constructing capital operating platforms, and developing diversified foreign trade business models such as the specialized operation of the scheme marketing model and the development of comprehensive services for foreign trade. Diversified business development requires JX to establish a diversified talent development strategy. However, in the process of promoting strategic transformation, JX Company's talent incentive model appears to be energy efficient, which affects the pace of enterprise transformation and development. Therefore, how to effectively motivate talents, stimulate their potential, through efficient work to create more value for the enterprise, to ensure the overall performance of the enterprise to improve, It has become an important problem in the development and management of JX Company. This paper takes the incentive theory as the research frame, integrates the human resources related theory, through the research analysis to the JX company talented person incentive present situation, discovers the JX company in the talented person incentive and the development aspect existence question and the insufficiency. Combined with incentive theory and related human resource theory, this paper discusses how to adopt the strategy of talent incentive in JX Company, and cultivate the compound talents suitable for the needs of transformation and upgrading. This paper focuses on helping JX to solve the problems existing in the training, selection, appointment, encouragement and daily management of talents, and sets up a relatively scientific human resource management system. For JX to build core competitiveness, to promote its transformation and upgrading period of sustainable and healthy development to provide reference.
