【摘要】：正供应部门首先要从简单"杀价"提升到科学评估"性能价格比"上来,努力以"性价比"最优作为衡量标准。某大型企业集团供应部部长陈先生(以下简称陈):中国企业供应部门的管理远远落后于营销部门。中国企业对营销的重视程度超过了对产品的重视程度,但供应管理则落后于生产管理。汪中求(以下简称汪):国企背景下的企业供应队伍往往用来照顾各类关系户,民营企业供应队伍则主要考虑信任度。
[Abstract]:First of all, the supply department should upgrade from a simple "cut price" to a scientific evaluation "performance-to-price ratio", and strive to use "cost-effective" as the yardstick. Mr. Chen, Minister of supply of a large Enterprise Group: the management of supply department of Chinese enterprises lags far behind that of marketing department. Chinese enterprises pay more attention to marketing than to products, but supply management lags behind production management.
