中国游客赴美旅游行为意向研究

【摘要】:近年来,中国的国际地位不断提高,中美两国不管是正式的合作关系还是非正式的民间交往都在不断加强,中国经济的飞速发展带来的是中国居民的生活水平不断得到改善且更加注重精神需要的满足,中国游客不再仅仅满足于国内旅游或我国周边国家的短距离出境游,跨洲际的长距离出境旅游尤其是赴美旅游逐渐成为热点,中美旅游业内人士分析指出,中国游客赴美旅游将会在未来几年持续升温。虽然中国居民赴美旅行发展迅速,但是这一市场热点现象在学术界还没有受到国内外学者的足够重视,对中国游客跨洲际远距离出境游尤其是以美国为目的地的相关研究涉及较少,且大都为理论分析与定性研究。本文以具有赴美旅游意愿的潜在赴美中国游客为研究对象,在借鉴国内学者对于旅游者行为偏好研究成果的基础上,构建中国游客赴美旅游行为意向研究模型,并结合相关文献回顾与访谈法设置问卷,对赴美中国游客群体进行问卷调查,从而对中国游客赴美旅游行为意向进行定量分析,不仅丰富了相关领域的研究,也为进一步深层次的研究提供了基础。顺应我国赴美旅游迅速发展的趋势,本项目将从食、住、行、游、购、娱六大方面对中国居民赴美旅行的行为意向进行全面深入的调研,了解我国赴美旅行者的行为模式,掌握游客需求特征,同时给出建设性的市场营销策略,有的放矢地对出境游旅行社、中间商、美国供应商提出改善其经营管理模式的措施,以期为赴美旅行的中国游客提供更好的旅游产品和服务。因此本课题对于国内游客赴美旅游活动的进一步开展具有重要的实践意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's international status has been continuously improved, and both China and the United States have been strengthening their formal cooperative relations and informal people-to-people exchanges. The rapid development of China's economy has brought about the continuous improvement of the living standards of Chinese residents and the more attention paid to the satisfaction of spiritual needs. Chinese tourists are no longer satisfied only with domestic tourism or short-distance outbound trips of China's neighboring countries. Intercontinental long distance outbound tourism, especially to the United States, is becoming a hot spot. Chinese and American tourism industry analysts point out that Chinese tourists to the United States will continue to warm up in the next few years. Although the travel of Chinese residents to the United States has developed rapidly, this hot market phenomenon has not received enough attention from scholars at home and abroad. There are few researches on Chinese tourists' intercontinental long distance outbound trips, especially on American destinations, and most of them are theoretical analysis and qualitative research. This paper takes the potential Chinese tourists who have the desire to travel to the United States as the research object. Based on the research results of the domestic scholars' preference for tourists' behavior, this paper constructs a study model of the Chinese tourists' tourist behavior intention to the United States. Combined with the related literature review and interview method set up a questionnaire to the Chinese tourist groups to the United States, so as to quantitative analysis of the intention of Chinese tourists to the United States, not only enriched the relevant fields of research. It also provides the foundation for further research. In keeping with the trend of rapid development of Chinese tourism to the United States, this project will conduct a comprehensive and in-depth investigation on the behavior intentions of Chinese residents travelling to the United States from the following six aspects: food, shelter, travel, shopping and entertainment, in order to understand the behavior patterns of Chinese tourists to the United States. Grasp the characteristics of tourist demand, at the same time give a constructive marketing strategy, targeted outbound travel agencies, middlemen, American suppliers to improve their business management model measures, In order to provide better tourism products and services for Chinese tourists traveling to the United States. Therefore, this topic has important practical significance for the further development of domestic tourists to the United States.
