JS银行陕西分行中小企业信贷服务策略研究
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's reform and opening up process, private economy has been unprecedented opportunities for development, as the main body of small and medium-sized enterprises in economic growth, job creation, adjustment of industrial structure plays a very important role. At the same time, it also made a great contribution. With China's economy entering the new normal mode of development, the growth rate has slowed down, and the external environment of enterprises is complex and changeable, which brings great challenges to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. As the survival lifeline of small and medium-sized enterprises, capital has become the bottleneck restricting the further development, and the state has also issued a series of policies to help them broaden the financing channels. Banks, as providers of funds, should respond positively to national policies and seek new profit growth points for their own development. The financial service of small and medium-sized enterprises contains enormous business opportunities and has a broad prospect of development. In recent years, the commercial banks have also attached importance to it, so the study of the credit service strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises has an important realistic background. This paper chooses the Shaanxi Branch of JS Bank, a large commercial bank, as the research object, and explains the significance of the research by analyzing the changes of the external competitive environment of the banks and the support of the state for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper summarizes the research status of SMEs' financing at home and abroad, and analyzes the influencing factors of SMEs' credit financing. On this basis, this paper introduces the present situation of the credit service for small and medium-sized enterprises in Shaanxi Branch of JS Bank, analyzes the characteristics of customer demand, summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing the credit service of small and medium-sized enterprises, and points out the existing problems. It mainly includes insufficient product innovation, low efficiency of process, lack of pertinence of marketing, imperfect credit rating and hidden danger of risk prevention and so on. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some measures for improvement: optimizing the existing product system and increasing the innovation of new products, designing the products with regional characteristics by means of joint loan protection and government support, adjusting the examination and approval mode, and so on. Standardize lending process and loan management; implement batch marketing, do a good job of cluster marketing, customer selection, product allocation, improve marketing efficiency and reduce costs; developed a credit rating system. Finally, from the organization, the personnel and the risk and so on aspect proposed the safeguard measure. Taking the product of the joint loan as an example, the paper illustrates the status of the operation and the results achieved. The results of this paper can guide JS Bank Shaanxi Branch to define the credit business orientation of small and medium-sized enterprises and to formulate targeted products and service measures. At the same time for other commercial banks SMEs credit business also has reference value.
