老君山智慧旅游系统的分析、设计与实现

【摘要】:随着游客量的不断增加,洛阳老君山的资源保护与管理、旅游经营与服务面临前所未有的挑战。因此,立足洛阳老君山景区工作实际,在“数字景区”建设成果的基础上,积极推进“智慧景区”建设,形成“智慧景区”集成保护、管理、营销及服务一体化的智慧体系。本文从旅游景区存在问题出发,从而分析景区相关需求。认为目前洛阳老君山面向游客及公众的信息服务手段单一,服务提供地点受限,服务的针对性以及与游客的互动不足,限制了旅游服务水平的提高。本文运用软件设计思想,为景区开发相对应的信息系统,主要完成以下几方面的工作:(1)完成了老君山智慧旅游系统开发需求及其分析报告,通过对智慧景区在国内外的发展状况做详细的研究从而借鉴这些智慧景区建设的成功之处和找出当前老君山建立智慧景区所存在的问题,并对系统开发做相关的需求分析和可行性分析,整理出老君山智慧旅游系统的建设需求,并根据需求进行用例分析,包括游客版手机客户端和商户版手机客户端等。(2)完成了老君山智慧旅游系统设计报告,运用统一建模语言(UML)对老君山智慧旅游系统设计,包括系统架构、数据库设计、应用程序设计等。(3)初步实现了老君山智慧旅游系统中的平台设计,主要包括:移动APP管理平台系统、游客版手机客户端、商户版手机客户端等几个模块。系统于2015年5月1号开始试运行至今表现稳定,随着数据量越来越多,系统适应性及辅助的功能越来越显示出其作用。由于手机等移动终端在现在的生活中占有越来越重要的地位,游客出行基本上都会持有智能移动终端。因此在智慧景区系统建设中,通过智能移动终端来为游客提供无所不在的服务是很重要的组成部分。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of tourists, the resource protection and management of Laojun Mountain, Luoyang, and the tourism management and service are facing unprecedented challenges. Therefore, based on the actual work of Laojunshan scenic area in Luoyang, and on the basis of the achievements of the construction of "digital scenic spot", we should actively promote the construction of "intelligent scenic spot" and form an intelligent system of integrated protection, management, marketing and service integration of "intelligent scenic spot". This article proceeds from the tourism scenic spot existence question, thus analyzes the scenic spot correlation demand. It is believed that the single means of information service for tourists and the public in Laojunshan, Luoyang at present, the limited service location, the lack of pertinence of service and the insufficient interaction with tourists limit the improvement of tourism service level. Using the idea of software design, this paper develops the corresponding information system for the scenic spot, mainly accomplishing the following work: (1) completing the development demand and analysis report of Laojunshan intelligent tourism system. By making a detailed study on the development of wisdom scenic spots at home and abroad, we can draw lessons from the success of the construction of these intelligent scenic spots and find out the problems existing in the establishment of wisdom scenic spots in Laojun Mountain at present. And to the system development related needs analysis and feasibility analysis, sorted out Laojunshan intelligent tourism system construction needs, and according to the needs of use case analysis, Including tourist version of mobile phone client and business version of mobile phone client. (2) completed Laojunshan intelligent tourism system design report, using the unified modeling language (UML) to Laojunshan intelligent tourism system design, including system architecture, Database design, application program design and so on. (3) the platform design of Laojunshan intelligent tourism system is implemented, including: mobile APP management platform system, visitor version mobile phone client, merchant version mobile phone client and other modules. The system has been running steadily since May 1, 2015. With more and more data, the adaptability and auxiliary function of the system are becoming more and more important. As mobile terminals such as mobile phones play a more and more important role in modern life, tourists travel with smart mobile terminals. Therefore, in the construction of intelligent scenic spot system, it is an important part to provide omnipresent services to tourists through intelligent mobile terminals.
