银行员工绩效管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着国民经济的发展,银行之间的竞争压力也日益激烈,目前国内许多银行在绩效考核方面存在诸多问题,很多银行的绩效考核体系一直以来都停留在传统模式,无法应对新的挑战,银行应该建立新的绩效考核系统代替原来的落后的系统,将银行自身的价值实现最大化,通过绩效激励制度,留住有用人才,将银行的目标与员工的目标紧密结合,让员工为银行的经营目标而奋斗,为银行更好的服务。论文结合某银行的实际情况开发了一个实用的银行绩效考核管理系统,论文遵循软件开发的原理,注重软件的需求分析工作,从功能到性能,从可行性到安全性,以及用例需求分析等方面展开,对系统进行了设计实现和运行测试。通过采用分布式策略,将各逻辑部件分别部署在不同的服务器上,实现统一管理整个银行绩效系统的运作。另外对绩效考核系统的B/S三层架构进行了改进,充分的结合了传统的C/S体系结构与B/S体系结构的优势,改善了两者的缺陷,方便操作以及日后的升级维护。其次开发平台采用的J2EE平台,充分利用了其可移植性好,开源性好,可跨平台等优点。数据库采用了My SQL数据库,通过对数据模型的设计,实现实体E-R图设计和数据一般处理。并采用ETL处理模块通过数据抽取、转换、装载的过程来实现多数据源数据的集成。最后以银行员工的绩效查询和介质对应关系修改两个模块完成用例测试。整个银行绩效系统采用一个轻量级体系结构进行系统架构设计并实现一套通用的开发框架:底层为数据库,中间层为基础数据构建层、基础信息管理层和业务管理层,最外层是用户交互层。好的银行绩效考核管理系统,模块完整,功能完善,能够有效的提高银行绩效管理系统的工作效率,实现银行的战略目标以及自我价值的最大化,满足了该行绩效考核管理的长远发展,在实际的应用中具有广泛的意义,不仅提高了银行自身的整体营销战略的价值和竞争优势,同时实现了银行员工个人绩效的改善,使员工现有的能力和积极性得到提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, the competition pressure among banks is increasingly fierce. At present, there are many problems in the performance appraisal of many domestic banks, and the performance appraisal system of many banks has been stuck in the traditional mode all the time. Unable to meet the new challenges, banks should establish a new performance appraisal system instead of the original backward system, maximize the value of the bank itself, and retain useful talents through the performance incentive system. Combine the goal of the bank and the goal of the staff closely, let the employee struggle for the goal of the bank, and serve the bank better. Combined with the actual situation of a bank, this paper develops a practical bank performance appraisal management system. The paper follows the principle of software development, pays attention to the analysis of software requirements, from function to performance, from feasibility to safety. And use case requirements analysis and other aspects, design and implementation of the system and run tests. By adopting the distributed strategy, each logical component is deployed on different servers to achieve the unified management of the operation of the whole bank performance system. In addition, the three-tier architecture of performance appraisal system is improved, which fully combines the advantages of the traditional C / S architecture and the B / S architecture, and improves the defects, convenient operation and future upgrade and maintenance of the performance appraisal system. Secondly, the J2EE platform used in the development platform makes full use of its advantages such as good portability, good open source and cross-platform. The My SQL database is adopted in the database. Through the design of the data model, the entity E / R diagram design and general data processing are realized. ETL processing module is used to realize the integration of multi-data source data through the process of data extraction, transformation and loading. Finally, the bank staff performance query and media correspondence modification two modules to complete the test case.
