上海交通银行智慧WiFi项目的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着社会经济的发展,互联网技术与无线通信技术相融合,对银行业的服务需求也不断提高,银行需要更智能地应对市场环境变化,这就要求建设“智慧银行”。但对智慧银行的构建需要无线网络技术的支持及银行业务的前、中、后台服务的整合。目前银行业还面临一些问题和挑战,首先从银行外部环境来看,在实施稳健货币政策下,对存款的争夺和中间业务收入的需求更加迫切。银行的各类产品多样化,需要建立一种新的推广渠道,而窗口服务体验也成为客户对银行选取的主要因素。在这种情况下,如何为客户提供更多的增值服务,拓展高端客户,实行精准营销推广必然是未来银行不断发展的重点。其次从银行内部环境来看,业务繁琐将造成客户时间的浪费。长时间的排队,导致客户办业务时服务体验差。银行的众多服务和产品不能全部展现给客户,导致很多产品无人问津。因此需要对传统银行业的服务进行改进,而银行在营业点推出免费Wi Fi成了银行业发展的趋势,也是日后在行业竞争中取得先机的关键手段。上海交通银行智慧Wi Fi项目主要针对上海交通银行发展的需要,提供全市交通银行网点的Wi Fi覆盖和信息化推广,以减轻传统营业网点服务方式的压力,进行有效业务的推广,改善用户体验。本文针对上海交通银行的现状和发展需要,对建设智慧Wi Fi项目进行可行性分析。在确定项目可行的基础上,对系统的设计目标和原则进行分析,确定系统需提供的功能需求以及性能要求。进一步对上海交通银行Wi Fi项目中的拓扑结构、业务架构和业务流程进行设计,并对其中网管系统主要功能建模,实现上海交通银行全市分网点的全方位的WLAN的部署,对分布在各网点的AP实行统一管理。重点研究了Portal认证的方式,设计和实现了智慧Wi Fi项目中用户访问互联网的认证方式,并提供智能化的Portal定制页面,实现灵活的银行业务的推广和产品的宣传。同时,项目中的网管系统,可用于对用户访问互联网行为进行控制,对用户上网情况进行记录,防止用户的不良访问和对用户互联网访问情况的统计分析。经过装配和调试,本文介绍的上海交通银行智慧Wi Fi项目经交付使用,目前运行良好。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the integration of Internet technology and wireless communication technology, the demand for banking services is also increasing, banks need to be more intelligent to deal with the changes in the market environment, which requires the construction of "smart bank". However, the construction of intelligent bank needs the support of wireless network technology and the integration of front, middle and background services of banking business. At present, the banking industry is still facing some problems and challenges. First of all, from the external environment of the bank, under the implementation of a sound monetary policy, the demand for deposits and intermediate business income is more urgent. The diversification of all kinds of products of banks requires the establishment of a new promotion channel, and window service experience has become the main factor for customers to select banks. In this case, how to provide customers with more value-added services, expand high-end customers, the implementation of accurate marketing promotion is bound to be the focus of the continuous development of banks in the future. Secondly, from the internal environment of the bank, the tedious business will cause the waste of customer time. Long queue, resulting in poor service experience when customers do business. Many of the bank's services and products can not all be displayed to customers, resulting in many products unattended. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the services of the traditional banking industry, and the introduction of free Wi Fi at the business point has become the development trend of the banking industry, and it is also the key means to obtain the first opportunity in the industry competition in the future. The intelligent Wi Fi project of Shanghai Bank of Communications mainly aims at the needs of the development of Shanghai Bank of Communications. It provides Wi Fi coverage and information promotion of the whole city's Bank of Communications network, in order to lighten the pressure of the traditional business network service mode, carry on the effective business promotion, and improve the user experience. According to the present situation and development needs of Shanghai Bank of Communications, this paper makes a feasibility analysis of the construction of intelligent Wi Fi project. On the basis of determining the feasibility of the project, the design objectives and principles of the system are analyzed, and the functional requirements and performance requirements to be provided by the system are determined. Furthermore, the topology, business architecture and business process of the Wi Fi project of Shanghai Bank of Communications are designed, and the main functions of the network management system are modeled to realize the omni-directional WLAN deployment of the branch points of Shanghai Bank of Communications, and the AP distributed in each network is managed uniformly. This paper focuses on the way of Portal authentication, designs and implements the authentication mode of users accessing the Internet in the intelligent Wi Fi project, and provides intelligent Portal custom pages to realize the promotion of flexible banking business and the promotion of products. At the same time, the network management system in the project can be used to control the user's access to the Internet, record the user's access to the Internet, prevent the bad access of the user and the statistical analysis of the user's Internet access. After assembly and debugging, the intelligent Wi Fi project of Shanghai Bank of Communications introduced in this paper has been delivered and is running well at present.
