变形虫——一种奇妙的企业组织

【摘要】：正任何经营管理都需要通过一定的组织方式来进行。组织方式对组织效益至关重要。为了提高组织效益,不论行政机关还是企事业单位,都不断地进行组织机构的改革调整。日本“经营之圣”稻盛和夫在其京都制陶公司实行的“变形虫”,是一种奇特的组织方式,在日本十分有名,对我国企事业单位的管理也不无启发,兹加以介绍。 “变形虫”实际上是京都制陶公司的最小基层组织和最小生产单位。相当于我国企业中的班组。 “变形虫”的形成有这样几个基本特点:一是人员尽量少,相对于一个工作量,以最少的必要人数组成,二是工作单纯化,把一个工程分成一个个单纯的工序,相对于一个工序,形成一个变形虫,三是根据工作变化而变化。组织人员随工作量的增减而增减,随产品种类和工序的变化而重
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of the organization, no matter the administrative organ or the enterprise or institution, it is necessary to carry out any kind of operation and management. The management of enterprises and institutions in China is not without inspiration. It is equivalent to the shift group in the enterprises of our country. The formation of the "amoeba" has the following basic characteristics:. One is to have as few personnel as possible.
