【摘要】：正 孙武生活在春秋战国后期,其间正是社会大动荡,大变革的时期,政治上诸侯各国争权夺地、争当霸主,又形成了诸国间的频繁战争。无论是外交斗争或是战争行为,都是大国对小国的欺凌与掠夺,“春秋无义战”,遭殃的是平民百姓。正是在这种不能仅凭经济力量和军事实力争夺权力的时代,致胜的根本在于发现人才,重视人才、情报、组织和管理等一系列“智与力”的活动,所以《孙子兵法》高度浓
