简论大学智库的生存价值

【摘要】：滋生于大学土壤之中以承载大学精神为传统的"大学智库"在现代社会中的生存价值正遭遇着前所未有的挑战。当前,我国大学智库在建设过程中存在着角色身份不明、管理定位模糊、经营理念缺失、产品质量不高以及独立个性不足等问题。为此,需落实服务国家决策身份、运用"经营智库"理念、引入公共决策机制、关注智库成果质量以及培育智库独立之个性。从整体上还原大学智库的生存价值逻辑,进而引领其建设与发展。
[Abstract]:The existence value of the " university think tank " , which is bred in the university soil to carry the university spirit into the traditional " university think tank " , is facing an unprecedented challenge . At present , there are problems such as unclear role identity , vague management , lack of management idea , low product quality and insufficient independent personality in the construction process of our university think tank . To this end , we should implement the concept of service state decision - making , introduce public decision - making mechanism , pay attention to the quality of the intellectual library and cultivate the independent personality of think tank .
